I'm not sure of the exact numbers, but I know I've got about 420+ files in songs, podcasts (I still need to listen to the secret world chronicles, darnit), and a single game for good measure. That takes up about 3-4GB, out of my 30GB iPod, and I think 30GB is more than enough for an MP3 player. :p

This reminds me, I need to find a way to convert some of my mod files to MP3 so the iPod will play them.

I don't have much HD space on my computer either. My computer only has 23.37GB, but that's spread out over 2 Hard drives and several partitions, so the largest single chunk of space I have is only 18.6GB large. I tend to be a little short on HD space with this thing. sweatdrop

Eeeks... My zipdrive is 2 gigs and I'm wishin' it was bigger... I have a 100GB HD that I don't think I could live without! I don't understand how some people function on less than 50GB HD... except iPods... if I had an iPod, it would only be a 4GB because I don't have enough music, apparently... eh, I'm good with my zen and my zipdrive.

I have 3 days and 11 hours worth of music after going from 10GB to 5.76GB. It was taking too much space that I needed for pictures and software so I routinely delete songs I don't listen to for a while... D8;

as soon as I find enough time to put some CDs in my computer, I'll have that many songs... Most of the stuff I just put on my iTunes so I can shove it into my iPod right away...
I have the new nano, only 8G
I only have 173 songs on my iPod too ^-^;

umm mines retarted and says i have 801 song which i believe it says it takes up 2.83GB of space i believe that to but it alos says it is a flat 35 days of music which dosent sound right
