I found out something while cooking ramen one time: If you put a two-ply paper towel over the bowl with however much water and ramen you want in it, when the ramen comes out, it's really soft! Yum!

I love Ramen, it's so quick and easy. Plus you can add other things to it as well. Veggies, Meats, Spices, what ever you want!! 4laugh
And I just love saying "Ramen"... when ever I talk about ramen to adults (even some kids/teens) they have no clue what I'm talking about, because most people here just call it "Instant Noodles" rolleyes

I've never heard of anyone calling ramen instant noodles... And if anyone wants a recipe for some great ramen, just go here!

I eat ramen because it's tasty and cheap, and yes honestly, because of the Japanese connotations. But mostly cause it's tasty and cheap. I can get at least ten packs for two bucks at a store nearby where I live.

I love it cooked, drain a little, add seasoning, mix and then drain most of the liquid! Yum!
