Has anyone else noticed more ""Shut up, Religionist, and let this other/non-religionist live the way they want!" kind of contradicting the whole freedom of speech logic?

Seems like in order for one group to have freedom, another group must have theirs taken away. Where's the middleground?
Should people of religion be allowed to voice their opinion on others' lives because of the freedom of speech? Or is it more just to tell them to keep their thoughts to themselves because it opposes someone else's view?

So far there has been a lot of posts about freedom of speech vs Islam. There are other religions that have been offended over the years. In the UK we have had laws passed where people can be arrested for the "incitement of religious hatred". The Imam Abu Hamza was arrested numerous time for this. Someone also wrote a homosexual poem about Jesus and was take to court. So it's not just one religion who hasn't got a sense of humour. It also means that freedom of speech does get trampled on when it comes to protecting religious sensibilities.
