Among the bodies was a girl. She was still unconscious, but very much alive. Though some might not have guessed that on first sight if they would see the blood stained platinum blonde hair. It would be hard to determine how serious the injury was. Only that if she does wake up she is gonna have a headache.
Eventually her eyes here open. She seemed to be in a daze. In fact she felt as if her entire body was in pain. She would remember what had happened. The last she remembered was being at Hawaii. More like buying some snacks from the concession stand before the flight. She was dressed up in her cosplay which was a pretty normal thing for her.
Slowly she sat up. Careful not to make any possible injury any worse. When she was upright she felt a warm liquid running down her face. So far a head injury. Which explains the headache. Also the possible memory loss. When she checked for other injuries there were just some bruises, and scraps. Which was pretty lucky.
She look a glance around at the surroundings. She waned to know what happened. Though it wasn't hard to figure out. The plane crashed. Though at least the other one seemed to have gotten away okay.
Victoria soon managed to get to her feet, and went off to find her backpack. Perhaps now she was thankful her aunt shoved some survival gear in there. Even though she was pretty sure she didn't need it.

A black haired boy groaned as he opened his eyes, his head pounding. He slowly pulled himself to a sitting position before patting his head lightly in several areas and checking his hands. There didn't appear to be any bleeding, always a good sign. He slowly looked himself over and patted himself down. The only thing that appeared to be wrong with him was some pain in his pinky finger, but not enough to indicate that it was broken. He remembered last being on a plane when the pilot started announcing for people to take emergency procedures. He saw a few CAs running around and them hitting some turbulance(?). He recalled watching as the ground sped toward them as he braced himself for impact, then waking up here.
Well, unless something happened during impact, it seemed like his memory was all there. He looked at his surroundings. There were a lot of unconscious bodies, and a few dead ones from the looks of it. Seems as though this plane crash was fortunate. He also noticed to other people that were conscious, one on each side of him and one of them seemed to be looking in the distance. He tried to follow her gaze but couldn't find out what she was looking at. He quietly went over to get a better view, and soon found out what it was. It appeared to be some sort of big cat. He could've sworn he saw something like that somewhere, but he couldn't remember where. Didn't matter now though. He quietly went over to where the girl was and placed a hand on her shoulder, hoping she wouldn't make a scene that would attract the animal.

Sapphire jumped when she was touched, having not been aware of him coming near her. And was about to scream thinking a cat thing had grabbed her and was about to make a meal of her. Well at least it had been a person! But the other people.... Being dragged off. "W-we have to save them.... Some a-are still alive." She said quietly. Her voice raspy from very seldom use even when not on this strange island.
Sapphire wanted to stop the cat things... But what? She couldn't do anything! She never did anything. It looked like a lion, and they were normally scared of loud noises right? Or was that something else... Maybe fire? But where was she going to get fire?!

The boy allowed his brown eyes to rest on the creature as he thought about the girl's request. He didn't know much about big cats, but he knew he didn't have what it took to take one on. Besides, who knew how many more were out there. Though, it seemed like the one in sight was preoccupied with his meal and would be for several more precious minutes.
"Do you have a plan on how to keep all these people safe? Know of any possible ways to keep the creatures at bay, prefferably one that could be done within a few minutes? Because if not, there isn't much we can do other than possibly drag a few of them to safety. And they would have to be the ones that appear to have taken the least amount of damage. Also, there was another girl that was awake, maybe she could help." he said quickly and quietly, making sure the girl knew the size-up of the situation. Or, at least, the one he was able to come up with.

Victoria came to a stop when she found her backpack. She sat down before opening it. She seemed unaware that some classmates here dragged off by a wild animal. She pulled out a first aid kit. After opening it she began to clean the blood from her face. Then went to bandage the wound. It didn't seem too severe.
After taking a look around she noticed two others were awake as well. Their attention seemed to have been on something in the forest. But from where she was she couldn't quite make it out.

Sapphire looked up as he spoke. A way to confuse the creature? Maybe she could. "Normal creatures are more f-frightened of f-fire. Maybe we could t-try that. If you will go see if t-the other girl will help, I'll find some f-fire." She said trying to keep herself from freaking out too much. She quickly threw her eyes towards the plane wondering about whether there was fire there. And one wing was smoking. Maybe there was some fire, and there was plenty of wood.
Leaving the black haired male to do other things she ran towards the plane. Arriving there she noticed that it was the engine and was only a tiny fire. It wouldn't stay tiny. She grabbed a branch from a tree they had landed on and lit the branch. Hopefully it wouldn't eat the branch before she could scare the cat thing away. She hoped it wouldn't... Oh please don't.... She quickly went back to where the cat was noticing another two were there wandering through the bodies. They seemed to be searching for better less bony ones... She hoped this would work

The boy nodded to the girl told him her plan. It seemed solid enough, or emo at least he hoped it was. Again, he wasn't very familiar with big cats or what it would take to repel them. When the girl seperated herself to find some fire, he went to go and find the other person he had seen when he regained consciousness. He found her sitting with her head bandaged up. He quickly crept over to her, keeping an eye out for any more creatures that may be nearby. "Hey, are you okay? Are you seriously hurt in anyway?" He asked making sure that she would be able to help before requesting anything of her. He did one more quick 360 and noticed a couple more big cats lurking around.

Victoria shook her head. "N-no. Or at least I don't think there is a serious injury. So far the worst is this head injury. Everything else is just bruises luckily." She wasn't sure if she should mention the possible memory loss. Even so it was probably a very short amount of time she had lost.
"H-how about you? Do you have any injuries that need to be tended to?" She asked before she got to her feet. She was hugging her backpack close to her chest.

The boy smiled when the injured girl asked if he was okay. Truthfully, he wasn't. He was on a strange island without the supplies needed to do anything, and there were big cats lurking around looking for food. However, he put on a brave face to try and help keep her calm. "Psh, of course I am. It'll take more than a plane crash to do any serious damage to me. Oh, and my name's John by the way." John said as he took another quick glance behind him. The cats were starting to get close to his and the girl's position.

A dull pain grew into a pulsing headache, snapping Mikhail into conciousness. He went to sit up, but instead, only managed to make his senses swirl into chaos for a moment. As the pain started to die down once more, he began to regain his sense of surroundings. Memory began to swim back into his head once more. The plane, the emergency, the crash. His eyes shot open, and he immediately regretted it. He had to squint for a moment, before woozily rolling to his side. He almost immediately wished he were still unconcious. Scattered figures. Some obviously beyond the mortal realm. Others unknown. HIs hand crawled up to grab the emblem around his neck. He closed his eyes for a brief moment, before noticing the creatures. "What the..." They were far enough away that he could afford to look around. It seemed he wasn't the only one rousing from unconciousness. He shakily pulled himself to his knees, trying to regain his composure and faculties, before making any actions. He was well-trained, but not against... whatever it was these.. things.. .were.

"Okay, good" Victoria commented as she noticed the creatures. She didn't know what they were. Probably something.... exotic. But either way it could be bad news. If she has a lighter in her backpack she might be able to turn her hair spray into a flamethrower, and scare them away. Then again that would be assuming that would work.

"Right, now I'm not sure if you noticed yet but we have at least three creatures in our midst. They appear to be some kind of big cat, and they're eating the bodies. Dead and alive I would assume. I met another girl who suggested they might be afraid of fire. She went off to go and try to find some. I'm going to have to ask you to help, if we could scare the animals away we could save the people that are alive and see who can do what. Maybe together we'll be able to get out of our current prediciment. What do you say? Care to help? We'd just have to grab a decent stick to set fire to for now so that we can chace the scary munsters away." John said with a smile as he offered the girl his hand to help her up.

Sapphire had managed to draw the creatures attention as she ran, or well mostly ran, towards them with the fire. The ones she got close too jumped out of the way but the others were trying to find their way around her. Get to the side that wasn't being protected by the flames. But the ones that she swung the flames at would run away as if just the heat made them fear for their lives. She was curious as too why... But she didn't remember the article very well.
Sapphire noticed one or two were starting to notice the others that were awake and her eyes widened. What could she do? She couldn't... Couldn't keep anyone but herself safe... She would try. Sapphire turned to bat at the creatures with the fire but stopped. Most had turned their heads to look at the forest behind them. It was full of Evergreens... Or mostly. But she didn't hear anything, the creatures acted like they did and started climbing into the trees. Hissing and growling at her but staying high in the trees. What was happening?
Sapphire stayed put for a moment before looking around, the one that had been eaten was still a bloody mess... And there were several that were obviously eaten. One had only had it's leg eaten before they had left, and Saph wasn't sure she liked that she recognized one of the teachers. Backing away slowly she started to assess the situation... People were dead, or dying. And most were injured. What now? Her biggest worry is that they had ran, but had stayed in sight. What if dark came and they hadn't done anything or left?

Mike shook his head as he rose, shakily, to his feet. He wasn't sure if it was his physical state, or just the enormity of the situation that was giving him trouble coming out of his groggy state. Either way, he was, for the most part, up and moving. It seemed, for now, the feral cat issue was resolved. What that left, however, was the issue of the bodies. That word. Bodies. It left a sinking feeling deep in Mike's gut. There were dead people here. People he knew...
Movement caught his eye again. The survivors. A few were moving about. He'd almost forgotten. He started moving towards their general direction. He, himself, must have ended up pretty near the edge of the cluster, putting him a small, though not unmanageable, distance away. He kept glancing towards the forested area, in case those creatures came back.

Victoria gave a nod. "Yeah, I saw them" She spoke as she got to her feet. She didn't want to pull him down accidentally. "I do have some survival gear so making a fire wouldn't be too difficult. My.... aunt insisted I bring this stuff." Though it looks like proper weapons would have to be made. From the looks of the trees it would be possible to make bows. But she wasn't sure about the arrows. Perhaps bludgeoning weapons.
