from reading the article, he only uses it in edibles and oil treatments but not by smoking so I would say no. If the question was does he use marijuana, then yes but he doesn't smoke it.

No he doesn't; he just uses sprays and ointments. All I can say is if it helps him function and continue to be as awesome as he always has been, then I see no harm in it. heart
