The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn nodded, just as serious. That would make sense. Catnip made everything better.
Lexie giggled at the look on her twin's face. Max didn't think it so funny though. He hid behind Alex's legs. "No no nonono! Do Alex, do Alex! Leave Max alone!" He'd seen what happened to Alex and it didn't look fun.
"Alex! That's not nice, selling out poor Max like that!" Lixini scolded her twin. "Besides, Jen said you, not him."
Valixia set Krixion down too, watching the proceedings with a small smile. The tiger that should be....isn't....

[|-|+I can't stop laughing over here.+|-|]
Jennalin laughed. "That's one, two, three, four, five, six people against one. So, Alex, are we going to do this the easy way, or the hard way. The hard way meant his toes got done too - he knew that from a couple of years back when he'd picked the hard way.
Reluctantly, Alex sat down, and Jennalin got out two bottles of indigo nail polish. One for Lix - it was her twin, after all, and one for Ash. She grinned, handing each of them a bottle. She then got out a video camera, at which point Alex glared daggers at Jennalin, Krixion standing by, laughing.
Lucian led the way down the block, having elected to walk instead of drive to the bakery - more time away. And he knew that the girls usually started with Alex's nails getting painted - he'd arrived before they finished once, at which point they decided to do Luke's as well. "Hey, if it makes you feel any better, Alex is getting his nails painted right now." He said smoothly, grinning.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn grinned suddenly. "You know what? That does make me feel better." He said smugly, chuckling. "He deserves it."
Lixini giggled and bounced forwards to take her bottle of nail polish. She grinned at Alex as she began painting his nails. "Oh you just look so adorable!" She squealed, knowing it annoyed it.
The two younger twins came to Alex, one on each side as they watched. They laughed at him. "Alex gets pretty colors!" They chirped together. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Lucian nodded, grinning. "Also one of the reason we are walking; we don't want to show up before the girls are finished - believe me." He said, shoving his hands into his pockets as he walked.
Alex glared at his twin. "Xini, I'm going to get you back for this." And he always did - by replacing whatever she had in her closet with camo. Then again, that didn't always have the desired effect.
Ashriel laughed as she worked at painting the nails on his other hand. Krixion giggled along with her slightly older siblings, smiling brightly. "Yeah, Alex gets pretty fingers~" She sang, standing by Lexie now.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn raised an eyebrow. "I will take your word for it." He said, making note not to hurry - Not that he was anyways. He was enjoying the break. He'd even gotten so used to Lucian that he could tolerate the other cat's presence.
Lixini stuck her tongue out at Alex. "So? It's so very much worth it." She said with a giggle. "All the comments you get at school." She chirped, smirking playfully. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Lucian nodded. They were still a good twenty minutes walk away from the bakery. An hour of walking would give the girls more than enough time to do Alex; he was sure of it.
Alex glared at his sister. "Xini, be glad that you are my sister and I can't kill you." He muttered under his breath, Ashriel still laughing.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn lapsed into silence. Unlike some girls he knew, he was perfectly happy in silence. It was why he'd rarely spoken in school. He simply saw no need to.
Lixini giggled. "Oh I know Alexie!" She said, deliberately calling him by a feminine name. "The joys of family, eh?" She laughed as she spoke. The tiger that should be....isn't....

[|-|+So, timeskip through the rest of the Alex torture or no?+|-|]
Lucian watched warily around him as he continued to lead Lucian towards the bakery. He didn't mind the quiet either. He knew that Jennalin normally had no problem with it, and if Ash wasn't in one of her moods she was fine with it. However, he rarely got it now because his mother was in town. He'd just persuaded her to leave to go back to England since Jennalin was no longer in danger.
Alex glared at his twin, huffing. "Xini, I am sooo going to get you back."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... ((Might as well skip. There's only so many threats one can throw. lol ))
While he was quiet, Raevyn was never off guard out in public. He didn't speak for the time being, even as they picked up the cake. He left that to Lucian, trusting the other cat knew which cake it was.
Lixini continued to toss threats and insults back and forth with her twin as she painted his nails. Finally, she finished. "There. See? That wasn't so bad was it?" She asked with a giggle. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Alex glared at Lixini, knowing that it would be even worse if he didn't let the stupid things dry. "Yes, it was." He answered, scowling.
Lucian picked the correct cake, which was a simple German Chocolate Cake. As much as Jen loved treating Ashriel, the German Chocolate cake was Ash's favorite, and they didn't personalize those. He took the cake easily, beginning his way back. His eyes looked at Raevyn, and he seemed to only now remember a question he had. "So what do you think about the whole mating thing?" He asked softly, so that no humans around would overhear.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn glanced at Lucian, then raked a hand through his short hair. "I don't know." He admitted quietly. "On one hand, I am thrilled and ecstatic. On the other though, even as my mate, the Were world isn't safe for her, not truly. Safer as my mate than just as a human but still.........It makes me worry about any Arcadians." Arcadians were the flipside of the Were-Hunter coin. While Raevyn's true form was an animal, the Arcanians were human in their true form. And while the two species' were two halves of a whole, they didn't get along as a general rule, often attacking each other in vicious blood feuds. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Lucian nodded as he walked, thinking about the entire thing. "Yes...I can understand that worry. At least the more apparent danger would be set aside, though." He said softly, moving along. They were about halfway back already, and this was a discussion only they could be a part in.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Yeah. That's true." Raevyn sighed quietly. "I told her to think about it. I didn't want her to answer right away. This isn't something that can be undone. There is no divorce from this. I want her to be absolutely sure."
Lixini giggled playfully. "Noo......No it wasn't Alex. You're just moping." She pretended to think for a second then brightened up. "We could do your toes too! To cheer you up!" She offered with a laugh. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Lucian nodded. "Something you should already know about Ashriel: once she makes a decision, it is absolute. Impossible to change her mind. That's the funny part. She has never understood the concept of divorce; not even when her relatives would go through it." He explained softly, chuckling about this part of the situation. "But if she is thinking about it, she is considering everything. I once told her to 'think about' whether she wanted to do Alex or my nails at her birthday party. She came back with a list of facts for why it would be more entertaining to do Alex's." He said smoothly, continuing to walk.
Alex glared at his sister. "If you do that, your hair is going to get the same hair cut as mine." He said, grinning. His hair was a spiked, punk haircut that his sister didn't care for - at all. And he'd done it himself.
"Lix, we may be taking this too far." Ashriel interjected, though she would find it funny to see Lixini's hair that way. Then Alex and Lixini could pass for one another!

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn chuckled quietly. "At least I know she's honestly considering everything then." That made him feel relieved. He'd told Ashriel everything he could think about the dangers of it. If she, knowing all that, still agreed, then he would accept her decision. But not until she'd considered everything.
Lixini gasped at her brother. "You wouldn't!" She exclaimed, clutching at her long hair. She liked her long hair, thank you very much. And certainly liked it much more than Alex's spiked punk look. The tiger that should be....isn't....
