What's the point of "discovering" new songs... if all you play is ones I've already discovered?

I thought there would be some differing themes for the residents' dress up days coming up next month. But it looks like our activities director just stuck with the same themes as what we did for our employee dress-up day aside from a couple. Oh well.
At least I already know what I'll be wearing for the day I work during that week. Assuming all the pieces I need arrive before then. xd

I am so looking forward to being done with today's work shift. I thought with so many appointments already cancelled and most residents not going anywhere due to being sick, it would be fairly calm. But no... I feel like I've been on the various phones and radio back-to-back for most of the day. It's becoming quite draining especially when I feel like I can't focus one particular thing for a long length of time without being interrupted by someone. xp

I don't understand how someone wouldn't attempt to give a misdelivered package to the correct owner, especially when the person is right across the road from them.
I made an order through Amazon and for whatever reason they delivered it to the wrong location. I was able to determine through the photo taken that it was delivered to my neighbor. I tried this morning and this evening to knock on their door to get in touch with them, but no one answered. I know for sure someone was home this evening because I waited until their vehicle returned in front of their house and this time I could see through their open window that they had a fire going, TV was on, and lights on. But strangely not a single person was seen or heard despite by various knocking.
Since I clearly was making no headway through that approach, I just contacted Amazon and requested a replacement be sent. Let's just hope the Amazon deliverer will deliver to the correct place this time.

Just frustrating since I already had to wait an extra day for ot because it got delayed in transit. Then it's delivered to the wrong place and no clear indication of getting it. And now I have to wait a whole ccx another week for the replacement to come.

I suppose it's bothering me more right now because I'm feeling emotionally drained from other stuff. With so many residents being sick, instead of being more meek and compliant, they seem to be more demanding. "Where's my food?" "I want this med." "Why hasn't this been returned to me?" How about you calm down for a moment! We have one caregiver trying to take care of multiple sick people on top of her usual duties. Definitely feeling like Cinderella.
Cinderella, cinderelly... fix this, fix that.
And I'm missing my best friend... so feeling a bit blue about not seeing her since... well, September, I believe.

Yes, she did just have a baby, so I can give her some slack in regards to that. But still... aside from the occasional like on FB posts, we haven't had any contact by message... even with my few attempts to start a conversation.

This depressed-like state isn't helping my sleep schedule.
In the evening, I don't feel like going to bed and stay up until close to midnight. Then when I am woken up by my alarm to get ready for work, I don't feel like like getting up and just want to stay in bed.
*sighs* Not to worry... I will eventually get out of this funk. I always do when I find myself in such a state.
