 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Well why don't you try out Jennalin's gift? She'll be very sad to hear we've had it all this time and haven't watched anything." Raevyn suggested with a laugh.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel turned and glared at the television for a moment. "Did you really have to remind me?" She answered, before looking back at him. "Fine, but you have to sit down and watch it with me." She declared, dragging Raevyn to the sofa and turning on the thing. She then found herself staring at the blank screen, clueless as to how to turn on the cable.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Yes I had to remind you." Raevyn said teasingly. He protested but allowed himself to be dragged to the couch. Seeing Ashriel's cluelessness, he laughed. "Here. Let me see." Taking the remotes, he fiddled for a moment before figuring it out. "There. What do you want to watch?" He asked as the TV flickered to life. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked at Raevyn cluelessly for a moment before answering. She'd never watched television when she had lived with her parents; she always preferred books. "I don't know, something?" She answered, not even sure what was on.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Well aren't you just full of suggestions." Raevyn said teasingly. He began flipping through the channels idly. "Hm....." Finally he settled on a show. Unsurprisingly, it was an animal show, all about how animals had helped humans. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel laughed when she saw which show he had picked. "Really, Raevyn, really?" She asked him, giggling softly. She leaned over and pecked him on the cheek before leaning against his shoulder to watch the show.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn blushed but laughed. "What else did you expect?" He asked, flashing her a grin. Setting the remote aside, he draped an arm around Ashriel, holding her close as he watched the show. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel laughed, happy to be right there. She sat there, close to him, but she found herself slowly closing her eyes. She didn't much care about the television; it was enough for her to be sitting there, next to him. "I love you..." She whispered.

Raevyn passed the time watching the TV. It was something he rarely got to do and it interested him. Besides, he was content, Ashriel tucked against his side. As it neared time for the circus, he shook her shoulder. "Hey. Time to get going." He said, stretching leisurely and yawning. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel smiled, practically hopping right up and turning off the television. "Okay." She grabbed his hand, pulling him toward the door. Her eyes gleamed with excitement; it had been a while since they'd really gotten out.

He followed her complacently, content to be dragged along so long as it made Ash happy. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Your point is?" She answered, unlocking the door so that they might leave. Ashriel laughed lightly, waiting for Raevyn to come out of their home so they would be on their way.
