So when you have a more relevant counter then I will explain myself rolleyes
Whether you like some digimon or not, you shouldn't call them failures... I mean, I don't like dragon type digimon, but if I get them, I'm sure as heck gonna keep them because you never know when something like a dragon may come in handy...
My work is done so I'm going to drop this and move on...

This has nothing to do with being a crew member... this is my personal views and values about the idea of considering something a failure, whether a human child or a strip of data made (digimon)...
A handicap will only make things worse. By fight, I need a challenge, someone that will push me to my limit, and I'm afraid... that person is not you sweatdrop
