Love the color coördination it makes it all cute but still somewhat grungy so that the eyes still fit in. A serious meant 9/10
(P.S. I just wanted to use it in my comments I know it was rather odd, even though some find the same with the kilt whee )

I like it, but i would take off the hat because it has the red, and it looks good blue and white. Maybe find a pale blue hat instead.
