Hilarie made an IG post the other day stating that the kids and her were "hiding out in the basement" because there's "a lot of work going on at the farm". Just based on the little tidbits of info provided there, I'm thinking they might be doing some housework. Explains why JDM hasn't been posting much lately.

Why are plant stands are bloody expensive? Like even the most simplest ones are close to 70-100 dollars. And good luck finding a plant shelving unit that isn't too tall or too wide... or isn't designed to fit into a corner. xd
At this rate, I might just tell my Dad - "Hey, you wanted to build me something? How about this to fit in this section of my living room?"

I was right. They are doing some construction stuff at the Mischief Farm house. Hilarie just posted a series of photos of her with her godson and you can see the patched areas where they've done stuff on the walls in the background. I couldn't really tell what they were doing though.
