 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn nuzzled her again. "I'm not the only one. Lucian and Jennalin and Lixini's whole family all agree with me. I could see it in their faces and their body language." He told her insistently. Her glow was still much too bright for his tastes.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel opened her eyes slightly, glancing at Raevyn. She hiccuped, looking at him. "You...you sure? They...they aren't pretending, like my parents would in public?" She asked quietly, although her glow was beginning to ebb away. Her eyes drooped slightly as she lay there, so close to him.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn shook his head. "Mm-mm. I was watching their body language more than their words." He rested his forehead against hers. "They were being true. They all love you." The tiger that should be....isn't....

"O-okay." Ashriel said softly, falling asleep with that word. Her glow ebbed away into just a shimmer, just barely visible. With the type of hurt she had, though, it was likely that was the dimmest it would be for a short while.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn watched over her as she slept. At least her glow was dim now, not bright. He continued purring, holding her close even as his form shifted. He didn't sleep. He couldn't if he wanted to. He could feel every shift and the feeling kept him awake. The tiger that should be....isn't....

[-okay...It's fine...you're sick? Then I hope you feel better....-] Ashriel woke to knocking on the door and ringing phones. She looked at Raevyn to see that he'd apparently finished his constant changes. Carefully, she stretched, sore from sleeping on the floor. She walked over to answer her phone, not thinking clearly. "Hello? Oh, hi Jen. Yeah. I'm home. Why? Oh...huh. Let me make sure it's okay with Rae." Ash moved back over to see if Raevyn was awake yet.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn had settled on his large panther form, too tired to care hold any other form. He opened on amber eye lazily as she got up. "Make sure what's okay?" He asked wit a yawn, stretching in place.
((I managed to catch a cold or something. >.< )) The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel grinned as Raevyn answered her. "Luke and Jen want to come in." Through the door, a loud yell of 'don't call me lucy!' came from Lucian, apparently talking to Jennalin.

"Then go to bed, you silly kitty." Ashriel said with a giggle. Her aura had disappeared overnight; she seemed to have forgotten what she'd seen. She opened the door for Lucian and Jennalin, the latter of which hugging her immediately.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "It's rude though, to go to bed when people are arriving." Raevyn commented idly. Watching her, he was pleased to see her glow had vanished. He lay relaxed on the floor, head up to nod in greeting to the siblings. The tiger that should be....isn't....

He said quietly. "I think I've got it under control though. She seems okay for right now." His amber eyes glanced towards Ashriel. The tiger that should be....isn't....
