I'm already getting excited about all of the outfit possibilities I can do with my Ed/Blackbeard cosplay I'm putting together. And the photos I can do. Benefit to leaving near the port and a nice beach area. whee

Well, that was a lovely book (Blackhearts by Nicole Castroman)! The story was quite enjoyable to read (aside from one little aspect regarding mens' interactions with Anne) and I'm looking forward to reading the sequel. It was easy to imagine the author's Edward being a younger version of OFMD's Ed/Blackbeard.

*reads author's response to a fan's question about where she got her inspiration for the books* Huh... well that's interesting. Apparently there's only two years of Blackbeard's life recorded and it's towards the end of his life. So everything before then is currently unknown. surprised
