"But it's fun!" Raevyn countered with a grin. This time, when he stole a bite, he stole the pancakes right off Ashriel's fork. He popped the food into his mouth, grinning smugly at her.

Ashriel pouted when Raevyn stole the pancakes off her forks. "You're a meany butt! Bad kitty!" She lectured teasingly, again moving to prepare herself a bite. The only difference was, this time, she defended her fork.

Raevyn couldn't help but laugh at her insult. "Meany butt? Did you really just call me that?" While she defended her fork, he stole another piece from her plate instead. Couldn't protect two places at once......

Ashriel pouted again before grinning broadly at his comment. "Maybe I did, maybe I didn't~" She answered, although it was more than obvious she had. She ate the bite off her fork and set down her fork. She'd so overloaded those forkfuls that she'd had that she was already full.

Raevyn snorted. "Lying is bad." He scolded her playfully, shaking a finger at her. "I've told you this time and time again, silly." He stole her entire fork this time, using it to pick up some pancake pieces and eat them.

"I didn't lie though." Ashriel answered with a giggle, standing up. "Oh, and, by the way, since I cleaned up last night, you'll be cleaning up today." She told him with a smirk, walking off toward the bathroom. She was going to get ready for her outing with Jennalin and Lixini - and to put her plot in place.

Raevyn choked on his next bite at her words. He swallowed swiftly, with a small cough. "Hey! No fair springing that on me!" He yelled after her, his tone clearly saying he was pouting. Grumbling to himself, he continued to finish off the pancakes as he cleaned up the kitchen.

Ashriel laughed loudly from where she was, preparing to take a shower. "You wouldn't have done it if I hadn't~ Don't forget, I saw your old room, at Sanctuary!" She yelled, locking the door before she started stripping.

Raevyn grumbled to himself even more. He knew she was right though. His room at Sanctuary was been a disaster zone. "Stupid, always right, girl. Why's she have to be so right?" He sighed but continued cleaning, one ear cocked to Ashriel out of habit. Whenever she was out of his sight, he kept tabs on her one way or another, worried she might get into trouble.

Ashriel finished her shower with no issues. Once she was out, she dressed in a simplistic white blouse and khaki capris. She brushed through her hair before coming out, grinning at Raevyn. "You done yet?" She asked, smiling at him.

Raevyn dried the last dish, putting it away as Ashriel came into the kitchen. "I am now, no thanks to you." He said with a grin, clearly not upset in the slightest. "Happy now? You got out of cleaning the kitchen." He looked over her outfit and smiled. "You look good."

Ashriel grinned, looking at Raevyn. "Yup; I'm happy. I've had to do it all this week." She answered, giggling as she went over to him. She leaned up onto him and kissed his cheek before she answered his last statement. "Thank you."

Raevyn hugged her, nuzzling her neck to take a deep breath of her scent. "Next time, tell me to get off my lazy a** sooner. I hadn't realized it had been all week. I don't measure time very well." He said with a chuckle. "Comes from having too much of it."

Ashriel grinned, laughing lightly. "Next time, you should just volunteer to help." She responded, hugging him back. Just then, their home phone rang, and Ashriel looked up. "Someone should probably get that." She commented easily.

"You're right, you're right." Raevyn said playfully, adding in a mock grumble, "As always." He looked at the phone, almost confused. Ashriel always answered the phone, didn't she? He couldn't remember when he'd last answered it. But when she didn't seem inclined to, he walked over and lifted the phone. "Hello?"
