 Yesterday my friend had her postponed Birthday/Housewarming/Halloween party. I ended up going with a Mary Bonnet from OFMD cosplay for it. Simple to put together and comfortable to wear, especially since I had to work beforehand. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out, even if I wasn't able to have the time to fuss with my hair to be put into her usual bun look.

At this rate, if I keep cosplaying as various different characters from OFMD, I could essentially do a one-woman show and play the entire cast, lol. xd

It has been quite interesting though to try out so many characters. Usually with other productions, you might deviate from your favorite to try out another character's look and while it may be fun, you can tell subconsciously that it's not a right fit - that you are truly just dressing up as the character. But when I've been doing all of these characters, I haven't gotten that feeling. I can easily feel myself slip into their mind sets and be like "Oh, yeah, I can find the parts of myself that connect with this person." None of them have felt awkward or truly like a "costume."

These next two months are going to be quite busy for me between the various fun events I'm planning on doing and, of course, work stuff. I love all of the events I've got going on - not complaining about that, but having them occur at the same time as the craziness at work stuff is definitely draining on my "mana." Definitely will look forward to the moment where I can finally settle down and not have anything going on.

Definitely looking forward to getting off work. I'm starting to get tired of the few residents that keep hovering around the front desk with their repetitive conversations.

i found your posts on this guild on accident and had to request to join it because i really wanted to comment on your thread. i read through quite a few of your pages and it made me feel so many emotions! this is a time capsule and it's so cool to see you post in it, years later. i hope youre doing well! are you excited for the holidays?

Oh, thank you. whee I am excited for the holidays but at the same time I feel like these past few months have been busy non-stop (between life events and fun activities) and I'm just looking for the time when things finally settle down again.
