Ashriel rose her eyebrows at Raevyn as the bell rang, signifying that lunch was over. Completely forgetting that she had just noticed that he had untied her shoe laces, she stood up, almost immediately falling over. "Dammit." She swore softly, glaring at Raevyn.
Jennalin couldn't help but laugh gently at the scene before her, the misguided Lix, the tripping Ash, and the pretty much in trouble Raevyn. Actually, she was glad she wasn't more involved in their comedic accidents. "Ash, need some help?" She offered her hand with a slight smile.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn merely grinned at Ashriel. "See you in class. He said, then scampered off, out of sight. He hurried back into the alley and shifted back to human. Grabbing his bag, he walked back to class, sauntering into the classroom. He seemed to have a cat-like grace, even as a human.
Lixini jumped as the bell rang. She blinked. "Man, I always seem to lose track of time." She said and rose with a sigh. She glanced at Ashriel. "Are you okay?" She asked, watching the other girl. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel took Jennalin's hand and stood up, only to stoop over to tie her shoes. Once they were tied, she walked towards her locker, grabbing only her sketchpad and pencils. She didn't need a textbook for this class, thankfully. Walking briskly into her classroom, she gave Raevyn a glare that said 'I'll get you for that later'.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn glanced up as the hairs on the back on his neck stood up. He looked around and caught sight of Ashriel's death glare. Rather than let it affect him, he merely grinned infuriatingly and gave a small wave.
Lixini plopped down beside Ashriel and raised an eyebrow at the look on her face. "And just why are you glaring at...." She paused to turn and see the recipient of the glare. "Raevyn?" She finished the question. "No one really talks to him, including you." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel was, indeed, infuriated by Raevyn's grin. She was snapped out of it almost instantly, though, when Lixini commented on her glare. "Oh, he did something. In the halls. You didn't notice because...you were still looking for that notebook that likes to hide in the back of your locker." Her lie was smooth, believable. At least Lixini had to look for that stupid notebook everyday, even though it was in the same exact place every single day.
--a comment on the indeed: my English teacher last year said that no one uses it. Ha! I use it all the time.--

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn chuckled to himself, turning back to watch the teacher coming in. He knew he was going to pay for it later, but it was so much fun taunting her. Or anyone really.
Lixini blinked at Ashriel for a moment, then shrugged. "If you say so. I can't believe I have to look for that damn book everyday! It's so stupid!" She muttered, clearly already distracted by the thought of her notebook. The girl was easily distracted. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel pulled Lixini down into her seat as the teacher walked in, paying no mind for her friend's sudden rant. After a moment, the bell rang, and Ash's pencils were out again. As usual, the teacher paid no mind to her. Well, she was a bit distracted by the fact that Jennalin had skipped class...again.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Lixini allowed herself to be pulled down into her seat, still ranting though she'd lowered her voice. Suddenly, as she was wont to do, she changed subjects. "I wonder what Jennalin has against this class. She's always skipping. What's up with that? She's strange sometimes." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel grinned. She already knew. Of course Jennalin skipped science class...everything they said was against her own morals. But Ash wasn't about to tell Lix this, oh no, of course not. "She just doesn't like the teacher." Ash said quietly, knowing that Lix wouldn't notice that she was lying. She could swear, Lix was blind sometimes.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "I still don't think that's a good reason to skip." Lixini said dismissively, not even pausing to think about Ashriel lying. The girl was completely oblivious to some things.
Raevyn was hunched over in his seat, trying not to laugh. He could hear the girl ranting and raving, though she was being quiet. He found it infinitely amusing and was thankful he didn't really have to deal with Lix. The tiger that should be....isn't....

The rest of the day went by smoothly, and the final bell rang. Jennalin had offered for Ash to come over, but Ashriel contested that she had to work that day. And she did. That is, after she went home for an hour. But she wasn't about to tell Jen that part. Really, she wanted to yell at Raevyn. She walked out of the school, her backpack slung over her shoulder.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn took his time gathering up his stuff and heading back to what was now his home. He knew what awaited him - One very angry woman. He delayed as long as he could before entering the apartment. Just for amusement's sake, as he threw open the door he called out, "Honey, I'm home!" The tiger that should be....isn't....

As soon as Ashriel heard the door open, her glare was on Raevyn. "YOU!" She practically screeched, closing the door as soon as he was inside. "You are a cold-hearted idiot. But I guess that is all I can expect from a MALE!" She screamed, her eyes glaring. This wasn't her revenge, oh no, this was much too nice for her. But it was how she was going to start it.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn raised an eyebrow as he put his backpack down by the door. "I wasn't aware playing with shoe laces made me a cold hearted idiot." He said with an amused look. He was a complete contrast to the raging Ashriel. He was completely calm, hands in his pockets as he watched her. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"IT DOES IF YOU DON'T REMIND THE PERSON TO TIE THEM BACK UP BEFORE WALKING!" Ashriel screamed, going into the bedroom.
