Ashriel nodded. "Yes, I'm sure. I want to clean it up." She answered, her usual determination in her voice. Lucian finished his second little sandwich and left the cookies be, not wanting to eat too much.
See, that wasn't so bad, was it?

Ashriel grinned, pulling away from Raevyn to get out the wash rag. It seemed she had no interest whatsoever in actually letting the oven cool. Then again, the crumbs would be easier to clean up before it cooled. It was mostly cool already, as it had been a few minutes since Raevyn turned it off...

Ashriel nodded. "Yes, I want to get it done with!" She said stubbornly, the tone of her voice showing that there was no way she was going to stop now. She wrapped the towel around her hand and wet it so she could clean up the inside of the oven before she opened the oven up.

Ashriel nodded, cleaning it quickly. After maybe a minute, she grinned. "Done." She said before pulling out her hand rapidly, her arm brushing the edge of the oven. "Owww." She cried out, but she just stood up, going to the tap and turning on the cold water. She grimaced as she held her arm under it, but she still didn't ask for help or anything.

Ashriel bit her lip, but she did not argue about having Raevyn's help. "Well...the oven's clean...so how about those cookies?" She asked, wondering to herself if they had any burn ointment. Jennalin stared at Ash, and then she looked over to Lucian, who was glued on Ash. Ash, herself, had a faint glow to her.

Ashriel kissed Raevyn back, taking a deep breath. She nodded, actually listening for once and leaving her arm under the cold water, although it hurt a rather bit. "Alright." Ash answered, sitting down on the couch next to Jennalin, who promptly whispered something in Ash's ear that made Ashriel flush. Lucian raised his eyebrow, but said nothing. He was too busy trying to think about what Jennalin could possibly have said.

Ashriel looked at Jennalin again as Raevyn sat down, and the other girl nodded. "Peanut butter cookies sound great! Much better than my cookies..." She said before glancing to Jennalin again. Jennalin nodded yet again, and Ashriel kissed Raevyn suddenly before pulling away with a blush. Lucian practically fell over as he realized what his sister had said.

He asked, his gold eyes still wide with surprise. Ashriel didn't usually kiss him like that, particularly in front of others. Clickies please? Ashriel blushed, looking down. "Jennalin..." She muttered, biting her lip. She didn't like doing this in front of others, but Jennalin had said something that pretty much made her do it. Jennalin had an innocent look on her face, but she was walking rather briskly toward the door, causing her brother to come back to his senses to follow her.
