 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Ah." Raevyn nodded, then turned back to the food he was making. "And just why did you kick the cabinet? I can't recall it doing much to you." He got out plates and served up the macaroni and cheese. It was different than normal though, with corn and left over chicken thrown in to make it a full me. He set the plates on the table along with some silverware then sat down and began eating.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked down quietly before looking over at the food for a moment. "I...uh...couldn't find any pain relievers." She mumbled, knowing that Raevyn would hear her. Her eyes looked as he set down the plates, sitting down in her spot. Biting some of her food, she smiled as she tried it. "Wow...this is good."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn shrugged. "Wish I could help but most of the pain relievers on the market are poisonous to me." He said simply. He chuckled at her surprise. "I do know how to cook. I lived by myself for awhile before I moved into Sanctuary. And even then, I still cook for myself sometimes. I'm not an average man." He told her with a wink. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel seemed to have forgotten her headache- and her aching ankle as she ate. She ate quietly, thinking to herself. He really was different than other guys- no, no thinking that way. She'd only spoken to him for the first time three days ago! Although she did not notice it, she was eating much slower than normal as she thought. Also, her eyes seemed glazed and unfocused.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn ate his dinner, letting the silence flow. He didn't mind silence nor have any need to fill it with mindless chatter. When he'd finished eating, he started to reach for Ashriel's plate only to realize she wasn't done. He blinked in surprise then pulled his hand back. "What'cha thinking about Ashriel?" He asked quietly, noting the blank look on her face. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel snapped out of it, speaking quickly before going back to eating. "Oh, it's nothing." She said simply, concentrating now on eating at her normal rapid pace.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn raised an eyebrow. "If you say so." He murmured, then rose with his dishes. He didn't press her for details though as he set to washing the dishes, knowing Ashriel would be done by the time he was ready for them. He hummed quietly under his breath, an odd lullaby kind of tune. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel finished eating before she found herself staring at him. He was sort of...cute, now that she looked at him. And beneath that quiet exterior he was nice- and playful. Wait, what was she thinking?

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn finished most of the dishes, then turned to Ashriel. He leaned against the counter, watching. "You don't with you dishes yet?" He asked, a playful smirk on his face. "Or are you just going to stare at it some more, maybe think it to death." The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Oh, I'm sorry...I'm done." Ashriel brought her plate over to Raevyn, looking at him as she did so. Why did her mind keep going that way.

Washing it, he commented idly, "For not thinking about anything, you're sure doing a lot of thinking." He didn't look at Ashriel, but the smirk was evident in his voice as he teased her. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked at Raevyn, blushing when he spoke. She turned away from him. "I...uh...haven't..." It was difficult for her to figure out anything to say- no excuse whatsoever popped into her head.

Ashriel felt her face get even more red, quickly becoming a brilliant red color as she kept herself turned away. She really didn't have anything to say. "I-uh..."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn's grin just widened then he broke out laughing. "Ah, don't worry Ashriel. I'm just having fun. It's amusing to see you flustered for once." He told her with a smile. He reached out to pat her cheek playfully then turned and walked away. "Relax." He told her, shaking his head as he walked. In the living room, he dropped his human form, returning to that of a simple black cat. He hopped up on the couch and began grooming his fur. The tiger that should be....isn't....
