*chuckles* For my YA Lit class, we have to make a character recipe. I just finished making my recipe about Stargirl from the book Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli. My recipe is very amusing, lol. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out. xd

At least I'm caught up on homework. I'll just have the book to read for my YA Lit class and the text analysis that goes along with that. And then whatever I need to finish and/or write up for my Lab class.

I haven't heard back from any of the scholarships I applied for. And a couple of them should've had the winners chosen by now. *shrugs* At least one of them I was able to look up and it looks like the winners were already chosen.
So I guess only the winners are contacted? *shrugs* I don't know. It's annoying if that's the case.

Aw... my friend just lost one of her cat's recently. sad Starbuck (the cat) was having some health issues. She went in for surgery, but didn't come out of it very well. Apparently the disease had spread to her organs. Now she's in kitty heaven.
It's sad because I never got to meet Starbuck. sad
