Does green count as shiny? I have a green Swellow... xP

For people who are confused about the meaning of "shiny" (which I can see is very few of you): Shiny pokemon are simply very rare occurances of unnaturally colored pokemon. with some, like seel or manaphy, you really can't even see any diference though, so you have to watch very carefully when the pokemon comes up. if it sparkles, it's shiny.

Hmmm.
I have:
Shiny Mightyena (caught as Poochyena in a friend's Emerald while hunting for his Latias)
Shiny Staraptor (caught as Starly while EV Training in Diamond)
Shiny Machamp (caught as Machoke on my second or third run towards Stark Mountain in Platinum)
Shiny Gengar (traded from a friend)
And...6 shiny Pichu (Pokeradar in Platinum, I caught six so I could have a full team for an IV Battle so I could choose which one to keep)

A friend traded me his Happiny that is shiny and for kicks it won't elvolve from Happiny to Chansey or Blissy cause its lvl 99.
So its just in my box.

Except that the lucky guy has caught a few other shinies anyway.

I have simply accepted that, while I am utterly fixated on shiny things and have many shiny things in my life, shiny Pokemon must be afraid of me. razz

But, still.. Evil game. Though, Platinum has a somewhat different feel to it overall anyway.

Speaking of shinies, caught a Roselia shiny at a PokeRadar chain of 1. That was neat. mrgreen

Shiny Meditite broke my Tyrogue chain.
Shiny Snorunt at a Pokeradar chain of 18.
Shiny Cubone at a chain of 1.
12 shiny Torkoals (most of which have been traded off on Serebii).
7 shiny Swablu.
and 12 shiny Eevee. smile

XD~ None of my shinies were caught naturally~ I went on a mission a while ago to catch all 493 lv 100 and shiney on my pearl >w> and I succeeded XD;; I was seriously bored. It took like 3 months to complete but heeey it was worth it XD~ Gotta love that AR heart

and Chimcar, which I got when I first played the game. So I guess it was like a welcome to the game for the first time gift. XD (probably not)
