I have a better way of getting UlforceVeedramon, though you don't get Veedramon you get GoldVeedramon. Just use the DigiEgg of Destiny/fate.

Yes once you Armour digivolve GOldVeedramon you get AeroVeedramon. Though it will take longer to get him.
