[Filler is an ironic word for Anime's character. More like everyone else is a "filler" if my drift is caught.
Also, Ani-chan, you should start advertising for Dulmarat. I know I am. Not on your rp of course, I only post it in my hangouts. XD ]

{I usually just put my threads up and wait for people to find them. When I invite people, I usually only bother with regulars or used-to-be-regulars. I'll look about, but I can't really guarantee I'll find all that many if I use my usual lackadasical methods.}

Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. With every deep breath taken Aedammair could feel her heartbeat slowing, the insecurities and worries that normally plagued her mind gradually slipping to the deepest recesses of her subconcious. Her posture was abnormally perfect, her face holding a serene and elegant expression found to be quite rare on her being. She seemed to largely contrast with the twisted and gnarled roots of the seemingly dead trees that surrounded her, the hungry and carnivorous plants that constantly spat out noxious fumes when faced with prey, the untame wilderness that was ready to devour one such as she the moment caution was ever thrown to the wind. It was unusual that Aeda found herself most comforted in the presence of such ugly and dangerous plantlife, that she was able to best practice and concentrate on her more volatile magic with such unpleasant surroundings. Sure, it made sense when one considered that her element of magic was nature of all things, but still rather jarring to imagine someone willingly letting down her guard in such a dangerous enviornment. (Sure, this forest was only a short distance by horse or flight from the Evil Castle. But still!)

Ivril sat slumped in his throne of ebony and blood-colored gems. He rested his cheek on his black-gloved fist, looking timidly at the new 'entertainment' brought before him. This time, it was a fire breather. Human, no doubt. His silvery long hair flowed freely over his black attire as he sat bored, even as women of different species flirted with him, touching his arms as well as the raven feathers on his right shoulder while gently and saying sweet things. "Enough!", he said irritated. He stood up to his full height of six feet, five inches. Tall for humans, but nothing compared to his dragon form. In his rage and disappointment, he threw his sword at the throat of the fire-breather. One of his loyal servants took the sword from the carcass, wiped it clean again and handed it back to his master. Ivril seemed pleased for a minute before saying in a more composed tone, "Tell me, servant. Is there nothing 'good' to do around here other than watch some amateur play with fire?"
A person in his court made a dirty joke about 'doing good-lings' and the rest laughed in uproar. Even then, Ivril held a stern face before beginning to chuckle along with them, which gave the crowd freedom to continue their bouts of laughter. "Not half bad", Ivril claimed, bringing a hand to his chin as he fathomed the matter. "It would be quite... Interesting to do... a goodling for a change." He began to smirk, the idea taking to his fancy. Violating humans? Oh sure, sure. People do that often around there. Violating a creature of good? A pure, untouched creature of immense beauty? Now that... That was a challenge. A rather good one, even.

"Aquas Frigidus et torquent. Tuae verum vim a fronte ita purus!" A voice rang thru the air as several of the plants seemed to look around for a moment. Suddenly they started thrashing around in what could only be thought of as excruciating pain the plants jaws stretched wider and wider before cracking could be heard as they made there last movements. The happenings of the plant life could be seen as the sap that once was it's life blood had turned to ice freezing all thru it and in turn slowly freezing the plant into a grim ice sculpture.
Silently moving towards his handy work Kaelthas looked over the plants a total of ten in the area had been effected by the spell he had come up with as the entity as could be called eyed them. "The time on the incantation coming to effect needs to be changed a tad bit to quicken it tho the process can be slowed" he noted to no one but himself as he reached down grabbing a petal and tugging it off with a little bit of struggle on his own part. Looking around as he finally got the leaf off he checked to see if there was anyone watching before looking the leaf over. After a few moments tho the hood simply shook back and forth as the eyes beneath it seemed to show disappointment at the results. They had indeed not been as thorough of a freezing as he had hoped bits of sap still remained untouched by the ice.
(Not same area of the forest but likely loud enough to hear and draw interest should you want to.)

Just as Aeda was about to reach out and try to take control of one of the carnivorous plants that surrounded her, a powerful voice boomed through the air and broke her concentration. Softly, the elf swore to herself as the plants around her became even more volatile than before - lunging and reaching towards her as best as they could. Some even spat out poison or some sort of acidic substance at her. She was quick to move herself out of range, to leave her deadly oasis until her test subjects had enough time to calm and to forget her. In the meantime, she found herself rather curious about the voice's owner - her feet moving about in that direction before she'd even realised it. She did not reccognise the exact meaning of the words that were spoken, but knew from the getgo that they were most certainly some sort of magical incantation. It probably wasn't wise to investigate such a matter, especially in a place such as this, but if Aeda were known for wisedom she wouldn't have been there in the first place.

(Sad that Aya is back to weekend posting crying )
"Infernus adolebit sub me" Kaelthas said as he waved his hand over the first plant as the very ground and air itself that contained the plants caught fire. Within moment's there was not but a fine ash where the plants had been the other's in the area showed some signs of a partial ability to process threats and seemed to shrink away from the figure. "What I wouldn't give to simply get the ample testing abilities of those so gifted to live within the light" the voice said seeming to come rather then from a set point instead it seemed like the air around the figure spoke instead. The absence of any facial features on him in this form save for eyes made it difficult to tell he was wearing a slight scowl. "Such is the blind justice it is to be force to experiment on these unsightly fauna abominations within this dying land" he cursed the plants as he lifted his hand to rub the temple that was all but not there. The action had become more habitual then of any real use.
