All right. Take a good look at this board here, there's 15 Locations where you'll find New York Christmas Tree, Devon Shell and a Warrant for Devon Shell's Arrest. Now then, he's how this works... First you need to find New York Christmas Tree, as that is the Evidence you need to secure a Warrant. Once you have a Warrant, you can arrest Devon Shell. If you find all 3 of those Items in That Correct Order during your turn, you'll have a shot at catching Carmen Sandiego & if you capture Carmen Sandiego, you'll get a trip to anywhere in the world. You can select any space you want on the board but if you find Devon Shell, the Warrant or New York Christmas Tree, you get an Extra Turn.
