Anyone remember hearing that saying? And did you realize it made no sense? I mean if you are what you eat that means if you eat a cow that you a cow right? and cows eat grass so you would actually be grass if that was true and you ate the cow. And also if that was true cannabalism isn't bad because people aren't eating people they're eating whatever food the animal the person they're eating ate. Now tell me, What do you think about this saying?

well i think your right but i also herd the saying "if you are what you eat then im hot, fast, and cheep". now what do you think about that? does that reflect by the foods you eat? i really dont know. but i'd love to hear you opinion!

Actually, if you think of it, we are made up of what we eat. The proteins and amino acids and everything break down when we eat them, and replace those same parts in our DNA. So if you eat chicken, the protein in the chicken replaces your own, because our bodies are constantly dieing and regenerating.
