Falon smirked to herself, knowing that the man was following them now.
Cali had caught what Falon was doing and pulled a mirror out of her purse, pretending to look at her face though she angled it look behind her. There was a man with two dogs following them now. Well that didn't look very good. She gripped Riley's hand a little tighter and pulled him along as she caught up to Falon. "What are you doing?" She whispered, putting the mirror back in her pocket.
"Just watch." She muttered, still walking as she started making her way for another alley system.

Roran wasn't bothering to pay attention to what the group was doing, he was just making sure he was going in their general direction. Until they turned into an alley, though. Dammit, no reason to follow them now. Still, they were quite odd. As he passed the alley they had entered, he didn't bother to look, trying to keep from drawing attention to himself.

"Riley, play along." Falon told the boy before she lifted him into the air with her telekinesis. "HELP! SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP US!" She screamed, looking to Cali now. Cali caught on quickly and made Hazama appear, taking over and taking Riley as he began running down the alleys with Riley. "SOMEONE HELP! HE TOOK MY LITTLE BROTHER!" Cali screamed, hoping to get the man's attention. If he was a mutate, he might come help, if not, then Riley was still safe with Hazama.

"GAAAAAAAHHHHHWHATAREYOUDOING?!?!" Riley cried as he was suddenly 'kidnapped', having little time to agree or even figure out what he was going along with.

Hearing the screams, Roran turned sharply. "Let's go!" Bursting into a run, he ran into the alley. Looking to the two girls, he stopped. Whistling, he cried out, "Zorlund, Jezzy, go!" At his command, his two dogs took off after Hazama, none of them knowing the truth to the incident. Smiling at the two young ladies, Roran nodded and ran off after his dogs.
All three running after Riley, Roran called, "Herd 'em!" The two dogs split down different alleys, Roran following directly behind Riley. If this works, he'll be trapped.

Hazama clamped a hand over Riley's mouth still running as he tried to race ahead of the dogs.
"Chill out dude. You're fine." Falon's voice echoed in Riley's head.
Cali just ran after Roran with Falon, they'd keep an eye on him, though they were also concentrating on using their powers.

Roran couldn't catch up. The thing that had grabbed Riley was trying to outrun his dogs, and there was no way he could keep up with that. he kept running though, hoping his dogs would cut off the kidnapper. Luckily for him, they had just jumped out from their respective alleys, being in front of the kidnapper. Gotcha!

Once he was cut off, Hazama looked around for another way out. Seeing there was no other way out though, he turned to face Roran.
To keep the illusion going, Falon held Roran's dogs in the air a few feet above the ground, making it look like Hazama was doing it.

Roran had come to a stop a few feet in front of Hazama. Eyes dashing between Riley and his two dogs, they came to rest on Hazama. "What are you?" he asked, his arms crossing. "You aren't human, that's for sure. Is there a person in there?" He leaned in a little to try and get a slightly closer look. "Either way, you need to release the boy, and put my dogs down, gently. Kidnapping is illegal, and doing so will put you in a lot of harm. Think carefully about what you are going to do next, okay? Because one way or another, I will get all three of them back from you."

Hazama's smile only grew. He was incapable of speaking so all he could do is smile and stare at Roran with his one eye. He continued to hold Riley, playing with the man now.
Falon moved the dogs higher to anger the man, hoping to see some sort of reaction. She knew Cali was busy focusing on operating Hazama, but Falon was responsible for his 'powers'.

As the dogs went higher, they got more and more uncomfortable. Beginning to bark, all Roran heard was complaints and pleas for help. Growling himself, Roran's hands clenched into fists. "You let them go!" He demanded. Could I grab onto him? I can't tell if this thing is tangible or not. Well, there's no reason not to try. "Let them go, or else!" Roran took a step closer, the thing's smile unnerving.

Hazama cocked his head, almost seeming to challenge Roran as he just continued to smile, throwing Riley up with the dogs too.
Falon took the challenge and moved the dogs up higher and faster, trying scare them a bit as she caught Riley, holding him with the dogs now.

Roran was getting angry now. This thing simply wanted to toy with him. If he had the power to lift things, then he would have lifted them all and just too off, leaving them in the dust. With this realization, Roran's anger cooled. Looking the creature in the eye, he smirked. Sighing, he closed his eyes and shook his head.
"You're pretty crafty." He glanced back at the girls, then back at Hazama. "I don't know who happens to be controlling you, but if you wanted to see what I can do, you could've just asked. I will let you know, though, that it's a secret." Smiling now, barking could be heard in the distance, for Jezzy and Zorlund were now merely whining. The barking got louder as three dogs burst into the ally from different pathways. All of them had collars and leashes.
Turning to the girls, he gave them a reassuring smile. "Whomever is playing this trick will have to quit before the owners of these dogs come running, unless of course they are okay with thier creature being found out. And who really knows what the government does with mutate criminals these days?"
Turning back to Hazama, he glared. "You put them down gently now, or be found out. Your choice." He was obviously going to omit the fact that he had brought the dogs here. There was also the very real possibility that whomever was doing this would simply continue, but the more people who knew, the more likely this individual would be found out, and like Roran had said, no one really knows what the government does to criminal mutates. "So what's it going to be, ugly?"

While none of them were criminals, Falon knew none of them wanted any more attention drawn to them than was needed, so she put everyone down, folding her arms over her chest.
Cali was slightly hurt to hear her oldest friend be called ugly, seeing as she made him, but she let him disappear, walking over to hug Riley tightly, glancing at Roran now.
"Send the dogs back then. Doesn't seem that difficult for you." Falon told him, seeming unconcerned that they were tricking him just find out his powers.

"Mmm, I figured as much." Pausing, he looked over as the owners grabbed their leashes. "No harm done," he smiled at them, waving as they walked off. Turning to look at the girls, he looked stern, but wasn't really so. "Well, since you've now revealed yourselves, I might as well myself too, eh?" Looking to his dogs now, they were complaining. "Oh shush, both of you. They only did it to discover my powers." Pausing as they spoke, he sighed. "No, I don't know why, we're about to find out."
Looking back to the girls, he shook his head. "Man's best friend can be a pain sometimes." The dogs growled, but he only chuckled. "Anyways, I can speak with anything I want, I have the capabilities of understanding and conversing in every language. Animal, or foreign," he said the last part in russian. "Now, I can also control animals, but have had no luck controlling humans or mutates. Perhaps one day my powers will manifest with such an ability, but for now it's a no go. Right Jezzy?" Looking back at her, he had her nod to prove himself truthful.
"Now, what was so important you needed to do all this to find me out?"
