I have a question for those of you who have the season sets.

Are the chibi Avatar cartoon shorts that appear in the later seasons on TV also on that seasons DVD season sets where they had appeared on TV?

Those episodes come with the book 2 boxset. ^^ They have School-time Shipping (my favorite), Swamp Skiin' Throw-down and Bending Battle.

Is that all of the shorts or just some of them, because I lost track of how many had aired?

Ah, ATLA, how your end has come. The finale was just so amazing, I actually cried during a part of it. *sigh* It had some loose ends it didnt tie up, but that's great fandom fodder until the movies come out. *sighs again* Totally getting the boxset. I hear it has COMMENTARY! Yes!

I loved the last Avatar movie surprised !
(though like everyone else agrees,they did let some loose ends in)
But Sokka's art made me laugh so much XD
"Why do I have momo's ears?"

"It's your hair loopies!!"

"At least your hair doesn't look like a porcuipine(I can't spell it)!"

"I look like a guy!"

"How come I'm firebending?o_O"

"I'd though it'd be more cooler surprised "

"I think you ALL look PERFECT : ))!!"

I'm horrified to find that Iroh's old VA died D:

and Toph really was going to be a guy? o_o(Toph herself would've been happy if she was going to be a guy but I prefer her as a girl..)
I wonder how the show would be like if Toph was a guy...

I loved how Iroh was all "Hey, my belly isn't that big. I really trimmed down!"

And yes, the original character design for Toph's character was going to be male. But Mike and Bryan allowed the idea the character to be female go forward... and now we have the sarcastic master earthbender we know and love.

I like it. But the person who voiced Uncle Iro(sp?) is gone. So they can't make new episodes. Which stinks.

Um, there are episodes that were made after Mako died. It's sad, but they just got a new voice actor. Still, there are no current plans to make more Avatar, except for the live action movie.
