"Well miss Morrigna there is a reason I cook the meat in the middle of the plate in a slight depression to keep it's juices away from the other foods. You can find a variety of vegetables and fruit that I picked this morning" Tai said with a smile. Cooking he had a good deal of pride in and was at times a bit boastful of. "No meat has mixed with any of the fruit or vegetables in juices or smell" he told her looking towards the building again for a moment before back down at the food.

"It always mixes," she grumbled. "You just can't tell. Macha, taste," she ordered. The crow obediently snagged a little bite and chewed it down quickly and then returned to Morrigna's shoulder, to whisper in her ear. After a moment, Morrigna sniffed the air and muttered, "I hate mortal food." But she didn't leave, which meant that she'd be eating with them.

Frowning at her comment tai crossed his arms. As was the case the fae was in her usual moods. Shaking his head as she commented on mortal foods he reached out to grab a slice of apple. "Do you expect us to eat anything other then as you say mortL foods? We really don't have access to the foods that gods and goddesses dine upon since we are but mortals" he commented taking bite of his apple and looking away.

Morrigna snorted. "I'm not stupid enough to say I'm a goddess. But fae do tend to enjoy their own sorts of foods. Things that cannot be found in the mortal realms." She cooed to her crows, and two of them started to preen her while the third pecked playfully at her toes. It made her smile.

Happy stared at his love with affection as he slipped his armor on. He did so slowly as to lengthen the time they had together. as he strapped ThornyBracken to his back, he turned to her. "Think they waited long enough?" He chuckled as he refered to their companions. Tai wasn't much of a problem, he understood the value ofalone time. Tal was a bit impatient though. Then again, if he wasn't, he wouldn't be the Tal they all came to know and love. The fae gave him odd vibes though. He neverknew where she stood with him.

"Not really, but I'm sure the others would say differently." Valkyrie replied in a joking manner, ready to head down whenever Michael was. She knew how Tal would complain when they took too long, but to be honest, it never bothered her all that much. It was actually kind of amusing to see someone of his age act so childishly.

Tal looked over when Morrigna came and waved at her cheerfully. Of course, Tal felt Morrigna was... different and perhaps a little out of his league but when she made a comment about the food Tai made, he couldn't help but defend his 'friend' on the matter. Of course, he didn't know how Tai saw him as, but to him, they were friends. "Aw, come on! Don't say that. Tai went out of his way to cook and prepare this stuff for us! And honestly, it looks yummy." He wet his lips and continued. "And hey, we may enjoy different foods but if we're together, it doesn't matter what it is, right? As long as the stomach is fed with food and the heart, with good conversation?" He chuckled, touching his thumb to his nose as a gesture.

Morrigna scowled. "Say something like that again and I'll cut your tongue out." Her glamour became darker, her eyes a little red, her skin paler, all signifying that she was a little bit mad. Honestly, she wasn't sure why she was angry. She was fae. Her moods were fickle. She didn't really need a reason to feel as she felt at any moment. She wondered where Valkyrie was and surreptitiously glanced around.

Tal leaned back in his chair and away from Morrigna because her aura scared him. "Sheesh, woman! I was just trying to lighten the mood!" He then thought to himself, 'Bad idea to hit on this one, yes. I better not get too drunk around her. I might find myself missing an arm' He couldn't resist the temptation though and took a sip of wine.

Morrigna leaned back. "Yes. My apologies. Living as long as I have alters one's perception." She cocked her head to the side and then called, "Macha, Nemain! Eitil!" The two crows immediately took off. Badb resumed preening Morrigna's hair. "Staying in one places for too long makes me restless. We should move soon. When the happy couple comes, I'm taking a walk." Morrigna left, needing the peace of the earth. She found a tree and sat against it to calm herself.

He laughed with her and held his arm for her to take. "I fear that if we do not hurry, blood will be spilled. Tal is not known for his silver tongue and Morrigna is a volatile one." No matter how much he wanted to stay and relax with Valkyrie, he had a responsibility to watch the others. He didn't mind though. They repaid him with good memories and a lot of laughter.

"What's up with her?" Tal said when Morrigna left. Of course, that was a question he found himself asking often about the woman but said it anyway. He shrugged and waited for Happy, getting bored quickly but finding himself amused, listening to the early morning chirping of birds. If it weren't for traveling with these guys, Tal would never have been able to hear the soft melodies created by their chirping because simply put... Freschans wake up late. Tal himself usually finds himself awake just an hour before lunch is served in their household. "Well, we should definitely have lunch at my place. Good idea, huh, Tai?" He looked at the man with a thumb up. It's true that his mother was a great cook but as is custom in Freschan households, plenty of wine was served as well as laughter.

Valkyrie gladly took her love's harm, allowing him to lead her downstairs and on to breakfast. No doubt they would get grief from Morrigna and Tal for taking so long, the angel couldn't help but think once again. "Very true. We can always find more time for ourselves later today, anyway."

He leans over to kiss her cheek and winks. Soon they were close enough to the eating area to call out, in eyes view. He walked up proudly, head raised and chest out. It was his responsibility to show no fear to his comrades, even when he felt none. The only thing that belied his stern stature was the gentle hold with Valkyrie and his happy grin.

"Your both late no food for you" Tai said as he sat there eating a piece of fish he had diced up into several smaller pieces. The half elf was simply joking tho as he ate looking up at them with a smile. He had learned not to worry much about the Fae's action's realizing usually she was simply random in her emotion's and he kept his distance.
Turning to Tal tho Taihel humored the thought of going to the human's place to eat his mind falling quickly back to the last time he had made food and how long it took for Tai to regain his composure. "Alright then if the rest of the group does not mind" Tai said shaking his head a bit as he turned back to the happy couple. "So then the lovebirds finally decide to grace the unworthy with there presence" he asked a smile on his face as he looked at them both.
