=====>>Dasoku tucked away the letter into the folds of his kimono and looked up over at Apollo, before at his sister Yuki, who seemed so eager to leave their cold home. It would be a good experience, especially since she has never ventured past these mountains, but he didn't know if she might experience the same pain he went through on his first journey down the mountains. It was going to be a hard decision to let her go, but Dasoku knew he had to if he wanted her to gain independence as he had. Unlike him, at least she could still somehow make herself "useful". "Dear sister," Dasoku said moving over next to Yuki and holding her face before wrapping her in a light hug "All I ask for you is to be safe. If you feel safer down south, then I won't object. Don't give this man any trouble, you hear? I will be displeased if you come back without having a taste of the sun." He forced himself a smile to her and looked back outside with his back to them, not wanting to face them or he might have had his feelings flood out. "Until next the next time I see you....Yuki." Dasoku ended, that was the last of his farewell.

"Someday I can be with you. With that belief I let go of my hand.”

[To hell with it all! I'm still gonna post while I'm still alive and kicking!

_____Yuki felt her heart beat as her brother hugged her, interrupted by the gesture as she'd been listening to him and attempting to convey her noble intent to Apollo all at once. She hugged him back, arms not so sturdy as his, and felt that it was over all too soon. Then he turned from her, and she knew she must be dismissed, though it was probably his own sadness that caused him to turn away.

I will fix this. I will.

Yuki looked to Apollo, knowing that he was in charge now, and how odd of a feeling that was! She was used to her brother's gentle warnings and quiet disappointment if she did something wrong. She could not expect that from the Southerner. He had already set down rules of conduct, a regiment of things for her to understand. She must not be disruptive, she must not make a single mistake. If she did, how would she see to Clementine? How would she fix this break in the hearts of two people who loved each other? No, this was her mission, it was her purpose.

She would see to the South and to her Sister in Law, so that her brother's heart would no longer be broken.

"I will miss you, Dasoku. I will keep you in my heart." That was her goodbye, for she could not order him to do anything. Especially when she wasn't there to make sure he took care of himself. There was little to say, and besides, in the North everything was said simply, in shorter terms and with formality. What must they look like to Apollo? Clementine had been such a physical person, she could only assume the others at the bottom of the mountain were as well. The siblings had shared only the briefest of touches, and that was over all too soon. Would that be thought distant? She would have to learn, as she had no room for error.

She turned to Apollo now, eyes set and determined. It would be short work to gather her things, and that could be skipped over in a matter of moments, as Apollo readied himself to leave.

"I am at your Leave, Sir."

=====>>Dasoku's mind had already drifted long off into the gales of the snow of far off memories that his dear flower brought him, those days that brought him warmth and happiness into his life....

The two sat across from each other in their bedroom on the first night of their honeymoon in the heaviest atmosphere possible. The harsh wind howled outside, forcing the newlywed couple to huddle indoors. Because of their location, night grew quickly and candles were lit. Dasoku did not know what to do or say to his bride, as he was not good with women. Finally, after what seemed like the longest time, he cleared his throat and spoke "I apologize for the inconvenience of our weather. I hope you grow accustomed to it." It was a rather bland conversation starter, but he hoped to converse with her. But he could feel it down to her bones how she loathed to be there, be taken away from everything she knew to an unknown land to be wed to an unknown man, so Dasoku tried to make it in the very least, a bit more comfortable for her to at least know who he was.

Just like her dearest husband she fell into the flashbacks of the past though she was still not awake but lost in her sleep. Clementine could only life on the memories she had of him and what time they spent together.

Now at their wedding night she was anything but happy. Clementine sat there with a blanket wrapped around herself, this weather something she was not used to and something she didnt' like. She thrived on the sun and it's warmth and now she was simply gloomy just as much as the weather. It was clear she wasn't too happy and that she longed to be home with her family and with the warmth of her land. Why was she the one sent here to marry a man she didn't know and a man who was not the man she loved.

When he finally spoke to her she simply glanced over at him then back toward the window that showed how cold it was out there. "Isn't it like this all the time? Why apologize for something that is always constant?"

=====>>Dasoku shook his head and couldn't help but softly smile at the warm memories. "The land here isn't always cruel to us like this." The man looked towards the doors in which the wind threatened to break down. "Each year for two months, the sun smiles upon us. Spring brings us our pride of the strong mountain flowers who last through our relentless frost, flowers that cannot be found at the bottom of the mountain." Dasoku looked so at peace thinking of the spring that would soon come after the worst of winter has passed. "I hope that perhaps it would please you, a reminise of your previous home."

"Someday I can be with you. With that belief I let go of my hand.”
