"Sweet! More food for me!" Tal said when Tai mentioned the lovebirds not getting food. He then said, "Yes! And I get to visit my brothers too!" He took it as a positive yes because at the back of his mind, he didn't think Happy would ever deny him such pleasures. He then proceeded eating the meat on his plate and looked up to Happy with his mouth full, "Oy, bro! What took you so long?"

Morrigna found her way back once she had her fill of nature, her moments by the tree stretched out to infinite hours. She said hello into the angel's ear and called her crows to her so they could give her a report, and then she sent them back up. "I do not know why you have so much crime. In Faerie, any criminals are brought before their regent and slain by magic. Much easier." She stroked her remaining crows absently.

"You can blaim me for our taking so long. I just can't help hogging him for myself from time to time." Valkyrie chuckled, offering a warm smile as per usual. She adored travelling with these people, as well as the warm feelings they provided with their mere presence alone.

Tal then looked at Valkyrie after hearing what she said and replied, "Oh, is that so? Well, then, that's alright, Valkie!" He the muttered under his breath in an almost inaudible tone. "Just don't interrupt us during bro time"

Happy laughed a little and sat down next to Tal, clapping him on the back. "Its more of a joint effort." He gave a somewhat mischievous grin, mostly for implying that they were taking so long as to annoy them. That reason was only a perk. He began to get shares for Valkyrie and himself, staying small in case she wanted something else. He held his fork over the meat though, in a challenge against Tai. Not serious at all. The mage was joking, Michael was only joking back.

Tal rolled his eyes in a manly way. "Well, took you long enough" He said, chomping through his food with speed.... and precision. "Anyway, I'm glad you're here now." He smiled blissfully eating the food Tai made.

"You dare try to defy the cook" Tai said with a laugh as he snapped his finger the knives and forks that were not in use rose up from the plate and positioned themselves infront of Happy's fork in a sort of fighter ready position. "You must first face the hundred blades of doom before you can eat oh brave knight" Tai laughed having a little bit of fun with him as the silverware danced around infront of the meat.
It was never a serious thing for breakfast and as Tai was showing even with a few dark secrets he still enjoyed a bit of fun here and there. "Not sure what brought that comment about Morrigna but to each culture there own I suppose" Tai said looking back towards Happy as he moved his hands the silverware dancing back and forth as they clinked up against one another before reading towards the knight. "So then will you surrender or press on" he questioned his smile never leaving his lips.

Shadows rose like vapors from Morrigna as she shifted herself. "I do not know why we tarry so." Her voice was taking on the unpleasant quality that it generally did when she was angry, but didn't know why. "We should be moving." She was aware that her voice sounded like metal grating against metal, but all she could think about was her own annoyance in that moment. She was also aware that she was mildly scorching the ground beneath her, and so she forced herself to calm down, breathing slowly and petting her crow.

Tal leaned into his chair saying "Whoa!" when his utensils suddenly rose up against Happy. He then hugged the man who sat beside him and said in a comical way, "Take me with you!"

The knight shook his head and laughed. He raised his fork and knife against the utensils, holding them at bay for a minute. it was a little challenging, them being smaller and a little bit unpredictable, but looking over at Tai's face from time to time gave him the warriors instincts to parry and to knock the utensils away.
Sometimes he would let the mage win, but not today. Even as Tal hugged him, he fought on, undeterred. Swinging the fork, he caught the utensils between the prongs and held the tips against the table. Twisting the fork, he kept them locked. He swung his knife to stab into a succulent piece of meat. He lifted it up in triumph.
"Calm down Morrigna. We have plenty of time today." He knew his words wouldn't work, but he also knew her temper was ever changing and that she just might listen to him. Hopefully Valkyrie spoke up. The Fae always listened to her.
He shrugged and cut the piece in half, one for him, the other for Tal. Motioning back to the meat, he have his lady-love a questioning glance to say. "What will you have?"

Valkyrie giggled as she watched the mage and her darling husband have yet another 'epic battle' with table utensils. It was extremely amusing to watch, especially when Tal started acting the part of the damsel. Upon hearing Morrigna's grumpy response to the situation, she replied, "Please calm down. It's a good thing that we can find time to enjoy ourselves like this so early without having to waste money or endanger ourselves in some manner or another. There is nothing rushing us for the moment being."

Sighing, Morrigna conceded with a grumbled, "I suppose so." She saw a few pic sidhe and sent them away with a puff of fire. "Although you could all be a little quieter. My glamoured cousins are bolder in the wild and I do not feel like dealing with them." She tried to remember if she'd told them about the pic sidhe and their habit of kidnapping people to eat later. Oh, well, she could protect them. She saw a pic sidhe child and let it crawl into her lap. A moment later, it disappeared with one of her bracelets. Sighing, she murmured, "I still think we should move. We should not waste an hour that can be used," she added, looking at Valkyrie. "That is what my mortal parents always said." Her bottom lip jutted out in a bit of a pout, unconsciously. Her glamour shifted, making her seem younger.

Tal applauded and wiped his tearless eyes, saying, "Happy, I'm so proud of you!" Of course, this was not said in pride because they did practice different arts although he did hold a candle to Happy's fighting skills with the use of his daggers. He then happily indulged in eating what Tai made once again and as though stricken by a hurricane, the food disappeared... into his gut.

Sighing, he shrugged. Standing, he held his and Valkyrie's plates. "I understand that restless feeling you have. If Tai can clean this up in a Second, we will leave, if not, you can help us so it gets done faster." He smiled and held his wife's plate out to her.
It was best they ate instead of missing breakfast. They could do so as they walked and he was sure Tai had a spell up his sleeve to clean everything up. He was a skilled mage after all.
The second was a joke on Morrigna's part as the Fae would probably stay angry with him for a while. To gode one with such a tepmer was fun, but Happy would find a way to appease.

Valkyire took the plate, more than happy to start eating breakfast by now. After all, even angels got hungry. And although she appeared polite and reserved as she ate, she never ever took long to finish. She was seldom the last to finish, in fact. After eating about half of her breakfast, she spoke to Morrigna before continuing, "I won't be rowdy, I promise. I'll be finished before long, too."
