"My name's Larry." Larry introduced himself and extended his hand for a handshake. "I just came to ask you a couple of questions if you don't mind." His mind went through a couple of topics he could ask her about. Of course then again she could just slam the door on him and he wouldn't even have to bother with all this thinking. But he preferred to prepare for the best and worse possible outcomes.

"Questions? Okay..." Sera doesn't know what Larry wants, but she is prepared to answer the questions. Her ability to remember everything perfectly made her very knowledgeable. Her information on the paranormal and ancient artifacts are endless, she wondered what is Larry trying to find out by talking to her.

"Well, before we get any farther with this. A lot of people have been talking about you. Is it true that you can make your head make a complete 360 degree turn?" He asked making sure he still looked bored. In many of the tails he heard, one of the traits they told about that he found the most humorous was actually the one he just asked about.

Sera's expression was blank, then she started laughing. "What on earth... They think I'm an owl or something?" She spoke as she gasped for air. "What else would they be saying?" The thought of turning her head 360 degrees was amusing enough, but she wondered if she can really do that with the help of magic.

"That you're seven feet tall. That you breath fire through your thumbs. That you can turn yourself into a gigantic dragon and eat people. You know the usual jibber jabber." Larry said, allowing an amused smile to come across his face. He loved hearing all the crazy things the normal people came up with. "Are any of these by chance fact?"

"Okay! Enough, enough!" Sera was giggling uncontrollably. "All of that is fake if you haven't figured that out by now." The immortal sure could lighten up the mood. It seems Sera doesn't have anything to worry about, but she'll need to be a little cautious. "You can come in if you want and tell me what all this is all about." She went inside to show him a modernly designed room. It was rather well decorated, that is what made Sera bought it in the first place. "Welcome to the witch's lair." Sera said jokingly.

"Yeah I figured as much. Most people like to exhaggerate their stories until the facts are pretty much replaced with myth. And thank you." Larry said as he walked into her apartment. He scanned it briefly and saw that it was a modern room, and that Sera seemed rather keen on keeping it well decorated. "So long as you don't toss me into a pot for one of your mystical potions." He added as a bit of a joke.

Sera returned into the room with a cup of water, she has no coffee or tea, due to the fact that most of them ran out. Sera chuckled a bit "I do have a pot for brewing stuff, but they're pretty hard to use. I use the modern pots and pans now if I want to make potions." She sat down with a now serious face. "Immortals had always come to me for help, locating me was already a test in itself. Now that you've found me, I can help you, but tell me first what this is all about."

Larry raised an eyebrow at Sera's comment. "What makes you think that I want anything?" He asked trying to act casual. He didn't expect her to be so straightforward. He was planning on trying to being as subtle as possible when asking if she wanted to join. Guess that plan ain't gunna work now.

"Do you think I have never met people asking for help before?" Sera spoke calmly. "My ability makes me to never forget anything, not only just spells and lore, but every single thing I have experienced in my life time. Every single person I have met, every country I've visited, they are all in here." She tapped her head. "I use magic to dispose of unnecessary information. But I have taken note of every person who had visited me asking for help. It has been centuries." Sera explained to Larry in matter-of-factly tone.

Larry listened politely at Sera's explenation. He figured that it made sense now that she knew he wanted something. After all, it wasn't very likely that he was the first one to use this method before making a request. "Okay then I guess I'll get straight to the point. I work for the shrouded one. I would like to recruit your help." He said in an even tone.

"Consider it a deal, on one condition: I won't hurt any mortals directly." Sera went straight to the point. "And I'll only help you once." She emphasized on the fact, Sera herself had done many unforgivable things, she is determined not to repeat itself again. If she is doing something for the sake of humanity, she will do it her best. If she contributes to the annihilation of mankind, she will make sure it is not herself, at least she is not directly responsible to it.

Larry raised an eyebrow at Sera. "Do you actually enjoy enjoy these mortals? The very same ones that mock and hate you with ever fiber of their being?" He asked slightly shocked. He would have thought that, especially with the reputation she had been given, she would have hated the mortals. Just goes to show how little a reputation can tell you about someone. He mused to himself.

"Not all of them. I don't exactly like the mortals either, but nor do I hate them." Sera stood up to look through the balcony window, all of the people out there, some thought of her as a witch. "Even though I hate some of them, life is life, no one decides the death of another." She can feel the hatred in Larry's voice, she can't change how he thinks. "I'll assist you, but I will never spill blood by my own hands. That is it." There is no need to discuss any further. "Now, what does the shrouded one want me to do?"

Larry sighed as he thought about his options. He could just kill Sera and be done with it, but that would mean that all this time would be wasted. He didn't like wasting his time. "Well, how do you feel about helping kill our non-mortal enemies?" He asked thinking about having her go and attack the immortals that have proclaimed themselves humanities protectors.
