{Awwwright! So, timeskippy to later that afternoon I guess!}
Mala was now lounging back on the couch once more, reading one of her old books since she didn't know what to do at the moment.
Ariae was just waking up from that 'short nap' of her's, and couldn't help but feel slightly peckish. She went towards the area in which Milly had placed everything that Ariae had her pack, including the supply of apples she kept. They were kept fresh via magic, just in case she ever became hungry and wanted a sweet tasting fruit to snack on - like now.
Feeling better than before, Milly was randomly roaming around her home as she remained lost in thought. She had long since finished up the large cake she wanted earlier, though one couldn't help but wonder how.

((Apparently shinga has a seperate site just for her comics. With some that don't show up with her Head Trip collection on DA. Like the adventures of Emokid and Chemokid. And this gem.)) "I just realized that building a crib is very different from building a bed." Van said coming in and flopping down on the couch by Mala's feet after finishing such a task.

Mala closed her book and sat herself up, a curious look about her. "Is it easier? More difficult? Or just different?" she asked.

"Slightly more difficult due to there being moving parts involved." Van said stretching a bit as he leaned back.
((From the DA though, I also love the 'Oh Hi There' comic. Particularly the "JUBILATION!! 8D *streaks w/censorship*" panel. xd ))

"Well, I need to do something to keep up my reputation as a man." Van said putting an arm around her shoulder with a smile. It wasn't much, but he could see the baby bump had grown ever so slightly.

Van chuckled a bit as the two cuddled. "At least if I ever find myself suffering from low self-esteem I know just who to go to for an ego boost."
((Oh, and I saw too bizarre sights today that I can't decide which is freakier: that there are girls walking around wearing flip flops and short shorts in this freezing cold weather, or that I saw a guy walking around in a kilt in this freezing coold weather.))

Mala chuckled slightly. "I know it's true, so you don't have to say it if you don't want to." After a moment she then continued, "Unless you dug yourself a deep hole five minutes earlier, but that's not the case right now."
