 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Like Raevyn had said, it was pretty much a buffet to him. Gophers were scattering around him like mice. Occasionally he caught one but he let it go. He'd already eaten a few earlier. Now he was just playing. Hearing footsteps though, he paused with a gopher pinned beneath his paw. He looked around, making sure it was a teacher coming to shoo him away. Seeing Ashriel across the field though, he seemed to grin and perk up. "I'm being amused. Can't you tell?" He said playfully, ignoring the squirming gopher he held.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

And I suppose I have no reason to thank you, since you seem to be having so much fun." She said quietly, leaning against the school building as she watched Raevyn. The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn flicked his tail dismissively. Despite the fact that Ashriel was a fair distance away, he could hear her clearly. "What can I say? Hunting is fun, even if I'm already full." He let go of the gopher only to pounce on it a few steps later. "How about you? You full? I could catch you a gopher if you want." He said, clearly teasing her. The tiger that should be....isn't....

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn's laughter echoed around Ashriel's mind. He'd been hoping to make her squeamish like that. "You sure? They're nice and plump. Obviously some good grass here." He managed to say though his laughter. He let go of the gopher again, choosing a new target and racing across the field after it. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Okay, so she'd been rather squeamish for a while. That was the only reason. She was squeamish. Not sick...hopefully Raevyn wouldn't interpret it as sick. "You are sooo mean!" The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn froze at the sound of Ashriel throwing up. "Ash?" He asked worriedly, scampering across the field to her. He paused beside her, craning his neck backwards to look up at her. "Are you alright? I'm sorry. I didn't realize you were that squeamish." Now he felt bad for teasing her to the point of making her vomit. The tiger that should be....isn't....

He grumbled in a quiet mew, then followed Ashriel inside. He attacked her foot, sinking his claws into her pantleg. "Don't you dare blame yourself for something I did." He scolded her. "I should have known better. It's not your fault." The tiger that should be....isn't....

She asked him simply, heading towards her locker. "It's not like I bothered to tell you I'm squeamish. Therefore, there was no way you could have known. The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn growled and bit at her pantleg, tugging at it sharply. He followed along behind her, attached to her pantleg and refusing to let go. "And I could have asked before I teased you. And I'm the one who was teasing you in the first place. It's. Not. Your. Fault!" He told her, stressing the last part. "You don't have to shoulder the problems of the world and not everything is your fault. You need to lighten up." The tiger that should be....isn't....

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn hissed, ignoring the odd looks they were getting. "You stupid, stupid girl. What will it take to make you realize not everything is your fault?" He asked, not really expecting an answer from the stubborn girl. He continued to tug on her pantleg with his teeth.
Lixini looked up as Ashriel entere the classroom. "Hi!" She chirped happily. "Where did you......" She trailed off, suddenly catching sight of Raevyn. "Um....Ash? Why is there a cat on your pantleg?" She asked, clearly baffled. The tiger that should be....isn't....
