Zanbamon RP...
((Ummm... got a bit carried away with this one... sweatdrop ... PM me and I'll try to shorten it...))
Prelude...
Before the time of Tamers and Digimon, there was once a great swordsmen digimon named Musyamon. He made his name known by terrorizing many cities and villages soon earning him the title of Demon Samurai, Musyamon. This digimon went unmatched for a time until a warrior of justice appeared to end his many years of terror. This warrior was known other than the Defender of Justice, LEOMON! These two battled fiercely until Musyamon soon fell to the might of Leomon's blade, "Shishi Ou-maru."
Defeated, Musyamon wished for death, but Leomon would not grant the evil digimon that right. Instead, leomon banished Musyamon and broke the digimon's only weapon, the katana. Afterwords, Leomon helped the villages recover and ushered in a great time of peace and then eventually settled down and became a trainer of digimon tamers. During this time he became a father and named his only son Hiro. When his time was down and he returned to a digitama, he had his son become a partner to one of his students, a digimon tamer named Raji. Hiro was a bit against it, but soon worked well with Raji and his brothers Lucas, Marq, and Eiji as they all became tamers with digimon of their own. There was great peace, but not for long...
The banished Musyamon harbored bitter hatred for the Leomon and wished only to have the lion's head, unaware that his rival had passed on. From then he trained and eventually became a Zanbamon that would soon have his own army of Musyamon that he would unleash upon the world...
Present Day...
Hiro, Raji, and the rest of their gang have just reached a town that was very dear to the Leomon's heart. This was the very town that he had rescued from the wrath of Musyamon so many years ago. The features of the ton had not changed at all with the old style cane houses and rice ponds. Except for the few tamers that had moved in with their digimon, it was exactly the same as when Leomon first left it. The mistress of the village, Babamon welcomed the tamers in and offered them the finest foods and shelter that they could offer, in honor of Hiro's father, Leomon. In their stay, Babamon told the group about the story that had befallen their village so long ago.
"A great digimon of honor, your father was Hiro. You should be proud of your legacy."
"I am, Ms.Babamon... I am reminded of him everyday." Hiro looked away from the hold digimon, sipping his tea while trying to cover up the brand of Chaosmon, a curse that he had sustained sometime ago.
"Good that is, very good indeed." The Babamon chuckled for a moment and then turned her attention to the boys and their appropriate digimon. He tilted his head in confusion and looked at Hiro, raising eyebrows. "And who might these fine, strapping young boys be? Friends of yours?"
"Oh... this is Raji, my partner," Hiro placed his cup down and pointed at the boy with blue hair who happened to be fighting with another boy with blond hair, "and those are his brothers and their partners." He pointed to the blond boy and his two gatomon, a green haired boy and Lillymon, and finally the socluded red haired boy and his partners, gaomon and snowagumon.
"That is quite interesting. I would ho--" Babamon was caught off guard as a young tamer was running through the town yelling in terror
"MISTRESS BABAMON, MISTRESS BABAMON!!!!" The boy rushed into the digimon's shack, cradling a digi-egg in his hand. "We have trouble. An army of Musyamon have been sited marching from the mountains and their practically in our midst!!!!" The boy looked from the group present to his digi-egg. "Me and my digimon tried to stop them, but... but there were far to many!!!" He boy fell to his knees and began to weep for his defeated partner.
Babamon walked up to the boy and patted him on his shoulders. "There, there. It is alright, you did what you could, rest here for a moment." Babamon slowly walked over to Hiro, who had been listening the whole time. "Son of the great leomon, I must ask of thee--"
"You don't even have to ask," the young boy said with a smile. He rose to his feet, followed by Hiro and the rest of their group, walking toward the exit and smelling the scent of hot metal and burning fire.
Hiro turned his head toward the boy and Babamon, "We'll take care of them... just keep everyone calm and in their shelters." A smile crept across Hiro's face as he dashes toward the exit where the army had been sighted.
Babamon simply smiled and nodded as she escorted the boy had into their shelter, assuring him that everything would be taken care of.
Raji: "Do you think---"
Marq: "--That it's the same Musyamon from Babamon's tale, come back for revenge? Naturally."
Eiji: "Well it looks like we'll have to send him back packing, right guys?
The two gatomon, Himaki and Ando, nodded as they chased after Eiji.
Lucas: "No rest for the wicked, I assume" Lucas sighed as he followed behind, adjusting his glasses
Lillymon, Jou: "Of course...
The group came to a halt as they were amazed by a large group of Musyamon that had been marching right for their village. Among the group, a humongous digimon could be seen marching in the midst of the smaller digimon. It was Zanbamon, come back for revenge.
Hiro stood in front of the group, drawing his father's blade and pointing it at the Zanbamon, "Well I guess I'll have to do my father's name justice."
"But this time, you won't be alone." Raji smiled and walked beside Hiro, holding his digivice in hand. "Now how about we work together and send these guys packing." He threw a thumbs up, followed by his digivice. The others nodded, looking down at their partners and did the same. Each digivice glowed and sent a light right at the digimon causing them to glow and be surrounded by digicode. Marq, Lucas, and Eiji pulled out crest-like objects known as digi-memories and brought up. Each boy slid their crest right across the tops of the digivices and shouted the words to activate them.
"DIGIMEMORY, MATRIX... OPEN: DRAGON'S ROAR, NATURE SPIRITS!!!"
"DIGIMEMORY, MATRIX... OPEN: VIRUS BUSTER!!!"
"DIGIMEMORY, MATRIX... OPEN: METAL EMPIRE, WIND GUARDIAN!!!"
Each digimon roared with power as the digimemories flooded their digicode and changed their digivolution into a different form. Snowagumon's digicode burst into flames as a dragon-like image appeared and engulfed her, turning her into a frigimon and then to a Triceramon and finally to a Spinomon with glowing spikes erupting from her back. Gaomon howled as his code exploded into a pack of wild wolves that hit each part of his body, shifting him into gaogamon, machgaogamon, and finally Zeedgarurumon with cannons to made clicking sounds as they were loaded with infinite ammunition. Lillymon's code turned into glowing runes that attached to her body like armor and melded together as she became Alphamon. Finally the two gatomon jumped and cheered as their code was affected, Himaki's code turned into a storm of feathers that turned him into Valkyriemon and Ando's turned into computer code (0s and 1s), modifying his body into Justimon. The team of digimon stood behind their tamers, who were standing behind Raji and Hiro who had digivolved to Bantyoleomon (a level that Hiro's father had not been able to reach) Wielding the changed form of his father's blade, 'Shishi Raouzan', Bantyoleomon stared over the army and spoke to his team, "You guys take care of the little ones, Raji and I will handle Zanbamon"
The army halted at the light from the digivolutions. Zanbamon looked up, smelling the scent of Leomon. "I KNEW YOU WOULD COME!!! HERE... IS WHERE YOU DIE!!!" Zanbamon's horse kicked up as his pointed his large blade at the group"TEAR THEM APART!!!!" He roared. With that the digimon army charged at the group, roaring and waving their blades in the air with the lust for blood driving them mad.
Eiji: "Hmph... typical blood-lust. HERE I COME!!!!" Eiji hooted as he brought his own weapon, a magical mallet, and ran into the crowd, waving it from side to side as he knocked his foes senseless. Himaki and Ando followed behind with their own attacks to protect their hyper tamer and take out digimon at the same time. "WOO HOO!!! COME ON GUYS!!!
Ando, the Justimon laughed as he jumped in, right beside Eiji. "I live to battle against evil." He chuckled with his hero accent. "JUSTICE KICK!!!" The Justimon spun on his hands, kicking all the Musyamon that were around him.
Himaki, the Valkyriemon sighed as he sent his bird ally to attack the Musyamon in front of him. He pulled out his own blade to parry those that were close to him, leaving his bird to attack the further ones.
Marq stepped out and gave an annoyed sigh as he looked to his digimon and then out to the crowd. With his officer attitude and outfit, he pointed out into the crowd. "Stupid Eiji. Spinomon!! Zeedgarurumon!! READY, AIM... FIIIRE!!!!!" he though out his hand as the order was given.
Spinomon's spikes began to glow with a radiant aura followed by a feminine war-cry, "SONIC SLASH RAIN!!!" Like a porcupine, Spinomon began to fire an infinitude of spike down on the field, hitting many of the enemy digimon.
Destin, the Zeedgarurumon did the same as he gave a loud howl. This caused each firing section to open up and send a mass of bullets and missiles raining down, but with a bit more accuracy since the missiles were locked on to their targets.
Lucas took the back as he and Jou, the Alphamon, usually did in such situations."With so much destruction. I guess we should offer some sort of protection to the village behind us." Lucas shook his hand and looked up at his partner who was already preparing a protection charm that would form a wall between them and the village.
While all this was going on, Raji and Hiro charged through many Musyamon that were being mowed down by Marq and his digimon's assault. Those that weren't were quickly cut down by Hiro's swift kicks, punches, and sword slashes. Some the duo made their way to Zanbamon, who was more than thrilled to see them... or so they thought.
"Who are you?! You smell of my nemesis, but you are not him." Zanbamon furiously slashed at the two, sending out waves of destructive energy.
Hiro picked up Raji and began to weave through each attack with ease. He looked up at Zanbamon and spoke, "It is true... I am not the same Leomon that took you out so long ago, but I am the Bantyoleomon that will end you now!!" Hiro dropped Raji and hopped into the air, drawing his blade in attempt to attack Zanbamon.
Zanbamon laughed hysterically at the digimon as he swatted him out of the air with his larger sword. "Ha... you expect to be me?! You can't even land a hit on me!!" Zanbamon's horse began to bucked and it prepared to charge at Hiro and Raji.
Hiro picked himself up and looked at the Zanbamon, spitting blood out from the previous blow. The mark of chaos began to burn "We'll see about that.." Hiro sheathed his sword and breathed for a moment. He took a different stance as energy began to flow into his fist. "Flash Banchou Punch!!" In an instant, Hiro had vanished for a moment and reappeared right in front of Zanbamon, delivering an explosive punch to Zanbamon's face.
"GO GET HIM HIRO!!!" Raji cheered as he watched his digimon attack. He was almost oblivious to the fact that his own crest, the crest of corruption, was beginning to glow.
Zanbamon fell backwards, taking out a few of his own soldiers. He wiped his face and jumped up at Hiro with both of his blades in hand. "Take some of this!!! Uchi Kubi Goku Mon!!! (Beheading Prison Gate) In that moment, both of Zanbamon's blades diced across Hiro, cutting the digimon in half.
Hiro did not have enough time to react before he was cut in half, at the waist. He looked down at Raji before turning into digicode.
"No, it... it can't be. This can't be it!!"
The fighting had stopped for a moment as everyone could see the light from Hiro's defeat. The Musyamon stopped and watched feeling victorious as the other tamers were in shock. "HAHAHA!!! Is this all he had to offer!? I would be ashamed if I were leomon!!" Zanbamon shook his head and began to walk passed Raji, heading for the village.
Raji had fallen to his knees weeping for his partner when his crest began to glow with a red light. "Not like this... not like this." Raji had entered a trace as his crest turned him into a ray of energy that shot into the ball of digicode left by Hiro.
Hiro's digicode began to distort as it fused with Raji's and turned dark as his head could be seen forming as well as another digimon. In a moment the eyes of the two heads opened and a dark light took over, turning Hiro's code into a ball of energy that caused him to digivolve. An egg could be seen that was both black and white. The egg erupted and a digimon shot out of it, darting right for Zanbamon. "It's not over till we say it's over." The digimon crashed into Zanbamon, knocking him down.
Once he awoke from his daze, Zanbamon looked up to see that Hiro had become Chaosmon. "What... what is this?!"
A voice that sounded like a mix of Hiro and Raji could be heard as Chaosmon floated over and in front of Zanbamon "We are your worst nightmare come to life... Prepare to suffer." Raising his Bantyo arm into the air, a blade then extended from lion's mouth. He then pointed the blade toward The stunned Zanbamon. The digital symbols on the blade glowed as he brought the blade down, slicing Zanbamon in half "HAOU RYOUDAN KEN!!! (Supreme King Bisecting Blade)
Zanbamon howled in defeat as the wave from Chaosmon's attack sliced through him, cutting him in half. The evil digimon slowly began to evaporate into digital code, reverting to a digi-egg that floated away.
Not knowing what to do, The Musyamon turned all their attention to and attacked Chaosmon. "FOR OUR FALLEN LEADER!!!" they cried.
Chaosmon landed and looked around to see that he was surrounded. "Ignorant children of wicked code." A cannon popped out of the other arm and began to charge with energy. "Die..." Chaosmon leaped into the air and fired the ball fired at the center of the Musyamon. "PARADOX END!!!" The blast exploded and ripped open a hole in space, creating a small black hole that sucked up all of the Musyamon before closing in on itself. Chaosmon sighed and then fell to the ground, reverting back to Raji and Leomon who were both unconscious. Luckily, Himaki and Ando were close enough to catch them before they could hit the ground.
After it was all over, the boys and their digimon returned to the village to see that all of the civilians were cheering for them. A great festival was held in their honor. Babamon gave a speech about their efforts and offered them a large portion of their village's finest possessions. With Hiro and Raji still out from the battle, Lucas spoke on their behalf saying that they would not tack the reward as it would not be something that neither Hiro nor Raji would do. Instead, Lucas asked that their efforts be remembered and passed down for many generations. With that the team stayed for a few days to rest and then left to continue their previous journey.
