They are both in the middle of water.

A woman shoots her husband.
Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes.
Finally, she hangs him.
But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together.
How can this be?

For the shot, a vaccination
Holing him underwater, the head is still above the water
haging him, not by the neck

Or she got a new husband.

Light yours makes no sense. You said 5 oranges, and take away two. How many apples do you have? You never said anything about how many apples you had to begin with. In that case it would be 0, but looking at the wording, I have 2 oranges since I took two away.

Two men are in a desert. They both have packs on. One of the guys is dead. The guy who is alive has his pack open, the guy who is dead has his pack closed. What is in the pack?

It's a parachute.

What monosyllabic, three-letter English word can you add one letter to in order to make it a four-letter word with three syllables?

Sorry, that's a typo. I meant to make them all one fruit.

Parachute is correct.

The word ide. Add an a to the end and you have Idea.

Two Malaysians are standing on a street corner. One is the father of the other's son. How could that be?

You're close. But because IDE is an abbreviation and not, in fact, a word (according to Merriam-Webster), it doesn't get to count.

To answer your riddle, one is a woman and one is a man (married or not is uncertain, but they were probably at one point, since they had a child together).

You're driving a bus route and there are sixteen people on the bus. At the first stop, seven people get off, and five people get on. At the second stop, six people get on, but nobody gets off. At the third stop, one-half of the people on the bus get off, and nobody gets on. At the fourth stop, half of the number of people who got off the bus get on, while one-third of the people on the bus get off. At the fifth stop, fourteen people get off. At the sixth stop, only one person gets off.

Who gets off at the sixth stop?

You do. The 6th stop is the end.

Correct.
My second guess is the word are. Add an a at the end, it becomes area

On which side of a chicken are there the most feathers?

There is a guy in a room, and this room has no windows, and no doors, how does he get out?
The only things in the room are a table, and a mirror, you figure it out.

Answer:
The guy looked in the mirror, and he seen what he saw. He took the saw, and cut the table in half. Two half's make a whole, then he climed out the hole.
