hey naidan are you still the man when it comes to pokemon? I want to ask you something that may be a bit complicated.

I need a growlith that is Iv trainede and EV trained the way you see best to do so. Its a gift for a good friend of mine. How much will this hypothetically cost me?

Not sure. Biggest problem is finding the time to do it... my pokemon projects have come to a complete halt. sad
