She sighed lightly, looking at Raevyn. "Thanks..." Her voice was quiet, thoughtful. So he said he wasn't against her. Thinking again, she spoke quietly. "Well, we'd better get ready - don't we have to work tonight?" [ I ] { A } m that shy person that is forced to speak. [ I ] { A } m that quietly loud person that seems to be able to be both at the same time. [ I ] { A } m not ready for this

 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn smiled, glad to see her feeling better. "Yeah. We should." He moved to sit behind her again, quickly running the brush through her hair once more. Then he set to work braiding it, fingers working smoothly. It wasn't long at all before it was done, a neat braid straight down her back. "There you go." He said, patting her head. "C'mon. Let's grab a quick supper. Don't want you to faint while working." He said with a laugh, standing up and heading into the kitchen.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

She stood up, and she followed and moved into the kitchen along with Raevyn. "Thanks." Again with the thank you. How many times would she say that? Was she really that nervous around him? Nah, that couldn't be it. Her stomach growled lightly; he was right to suggest they eat. Did she have any leftovers? Nope, she knew she'd thrown them away in her rampage. All of them. Wow, she'd gone crazy, after all. All that food, wasted. Right now she couldn't help but hate herself. Quietly, she went to the cupboard, simply getting a can of tuna. The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn scouring the fridge, noticed the absence of the food. He raised his head to look over the door at Ashriel, frowning. "Please don't tell me this stuff went out the window too. Do you realize how many poor passerbys you could have hurt?" He sighed and began pulling out stuff, making himself a sandwich. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Raevyn rolled his eyes. "Man, you really fell apart." He muttered then began eating his sandwich as he put stuff back in the fridge. He snapped his fingers and his clothes shifted to plain black jeans and a black t-shirt rather than his usual leather ensemble.

She ate it quietly, not saying a word. Really, she knew she'd been pathetic the moment that he'd left. Finishing it off, she walked out the door, leaving her key behind on the counter. The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn sighed and shook his head, following Ashriel out the door. He scooped up her key as he left, locking the door behind him. "You know, you would have less issues if you would simply remember your key." He said idly, tossing it up and down as he walked. The tiger that should be....isn't....

What if she actually just flat out asked him? She was broken out of her reverie by his speaking. "Oh." Her voice was quiet, as if she hadn't quite heard him. And she hadn't. She seemed deep in thought, whatever she was thinking. He doubted she would thank him for interrupting again. Shrugging, he hummed softly under his breath as he followed along behind Ashriel, leaving her to her thoughts. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel stumbled down the last couple of steps, still paying no attention to the world around her. It was a wonder that she was actually going the correct direction to the Sanctuary. She walked across the street, still in her daze. Again, amazing that a car didn't hit her. Actually, if she'd gone across a second later, it would have. You give me a heart attack any time you go near a street! I'm amazed no one has hit you yet!" He scolded her. It scared him, seeing her come so close, so often. The tiger that should be....isn't....

She looked about her, confused. "When did we leave the apartment?" That was about how much attention she had been paying to the outside world. "This is why you need to start paying attention! You're a danger to yourself and keep causing me heartattacks! I swear you've taken fifty years off my life as it is!" Ashriel muttered, a single tear making its way down her cheek as she stepped away from Raevyn and made her way towards the Sanctuary.
