Sara faced the girl who had tried to save her when she spoke, listening. She gave her a gentle smile, Krystal was a pretty name. "Hey." She spoke softly. "I really want to say thank you, for trying to save me. That took courage, I don't know if I'd have been able to do that." She smiled shyly, she wondered if there was a way to show Krystal how thankful she was, to pay her back.

Frowning, but at the same time, trying not to, Amber immediately picked up her pace after the girl and grabbed her hand again, pulling her roughly without
meaning to. "I just don't want you to go alone." The sun blazed on the beach as Amber pulled the girl closer to the trio of other girls, their figures and
and faces becoming much more clearer to shortening of the distance. Just in case this girl didn't have a sister anymore. After the storm, Amber had doubts
that Mia would find her sister.
"Are you guys alright?" Amber stopped, calling out to the three girls. She stood there, about twenty feet or so as the boy in her arms wrapped his legs and
arms around her, clinging on as to not fall. Amber pushed him up a little more, to hold him more comfortably.

'Are you guys alright'? a voice woke Veronica from her dreamless sleep. She noticed there were a few more people. "Yeah.... okay....' she muttered before closing her eyes. "So... tired..."

Seeing one of the girls break out into a run, Amber stared a little shocked and was going to pull the kids away for a moment, but stared even more surprised
when that girl whimpered and fell to her knees. Even though it looked as though she was going to cry, something inside Amber's heart pounded with a
little bit of pain. It wouldn't make sense, but it was not a hurtful pain...but a nice pain, though not pleasurable to Amber, it was nice...she would suppose.
As Amber stared...she supposed she was jealous... The girl on her knees looked...a little happy or relieved...but why shouldn't she be? ...but...why
would she be jealous...she shouldn't be...right? Amber stared at the two, long and hard, trying to control her emotions but they began to form out of her
eyes, making her eyes look like glass. "I-it's not a problem..." Amber stared away, taking a steady breath, feeling like she should say something
more but emotional wasn't her thing. But even so, "I'm just glad she can have you again," it felt inconsiderate to only give little words. "You'll
probably take care of her better than I can try." It was the truth, Amber probably wasn't the nicest person in the world, and not only that, she can
barely understand children. Yet...she was trying...but probably not very good.
The little boy on stared at Mia and Krystal blankly, obviously not really understanding what's going on, leaning his head above Amber's collar bone
before pulling his hands out to clap. After clapping, he scratched his sweating hand and pulled on Amber's hair to shade him from the sun. A low
growling sound was heard among them, making Amber frown a little, turning her eyes to him as he only stared at her innocently.

Veronica at this point was half awake pulled out a package of chocolate flavored calorie mate, and gave it to Krystal. "This what you need?" she asked in a soft voice. She didn't know that was what they needed. She was just taking a wile guess. "Or water?" she asked to make sure she got the right item.

"My name's..." Amber stopped and just stared over at Krystal, turning her eyes away a little, "Amber. What I did wasn't very much though."
Amber figured it was easier to just introduce herself as her alias.
"Maybe Veronica has something in her bag.."
Amber's eyes followed Krystal's gaze to the sleeping girl, who woke up, before quirking a brow at her. Amber kind of doubted that kids could eat
calorie mates, let alone would Amber even allow herself to eat one, before Amber shook her head, wanting to look for something more natural and
healthy. She noticed coconuts in the palm trees...very tropical and typical...and something she preferred not to eat since it was...a rather
fattening fruit. Even so, looking back at the little boy, who has yet to say a word, she wasn't sure if he would even eat it... Amber looked backed at
Krystal and looked behind herself back at the small group from the lifeboat before looking back in the forest. It was better to stay in a group, given the
situation, but perhaps a little independence would be okay. "I'll be back." Even though he clung on her, Amber made an effort to pull him off and
put him down. "I hope you don't mind keeping an eye on him for a while." Amber tried to pull her hand out of his grasp but every time she did, he
was quick enough to grab on again. "I'll get something for you guys and your sister too."

Veronica put the box back into the bag. Her dazed expression make her look as if she'd fall back to sleep. Either way she didn't feel like going into her food supply just yet. Not if she didn't have to.

(lol, yeah, I kind of figured since there aren't any chocolate flavored pills and it mentions Metal Gear Solid. But it's still an energy supplement
so technically, can't let the kids have it. I try to do a little research before I post my posts, so I figured. Thanks for verifying though. wink )

Still clinging onto Amber's hand, the little boy only stared up at Krystal with glossy eyes. Amber took this chance to hand her hand away and run off into
the forest-y thingy jungle thing. Whether it was a jungle or forest, Amber didn't really know, she just wanted to look for edible fruits or vegetables.
Taken by surprise of her hand slipping away, the little boy only started crying before trying to follow after Amber only to realize he could not catch up with her.
He stood there, whimpering, turning his head back at Krystal with his bottom lip sticking out, trembling as tears began to pour out of his eyes. He dropped on
his bottom and began sobbing quietly.
