"Ouch" James commented, "Yeah, he really is a nice guy... I'm surprised he didn't end up here instead" he said looking at the roses. "He does seem to have that kind of charm.... I guess... I'm just surprised it ended up being Victor of all people... I thought they wanted to kill each other"

"Yeah I thought they did too. That's why I thought I had a chance...but like always I struck out." Sophie said with a sigh as she looked at the roses.
"Wow, that's bad." Molly said as she hugged him more. "Is there anything I can do to help?" she asked and looked up at him.

James thought for a moment. "Perhaps that might be why they were placed in the same room" he said thinking aloud. "But yeah, I would have figured he'd fall for a cute girl like you" he said not realizing what he said.

James's face flushed, "Well.... I.... I think your cute" he said a little embarrassed . He never would have said that normally. "I mean, I really don't see why anyone wouldn't have accepted you. I'd be lucky if I have a cute girlfriend like you". he said his face even more flushed.

"Well everyone has some bit of trust issues." Sophie said as she looked at the flowers.
Molly saw his tears and kissed his forehead and hugged his head in a comforting way. "I'll always be here for you if you need me." she said and stroked his hair.

"Energy can only revitalize the cells of the body for so long..." Clayton said with a sigh. "Maybe I should try eating something, even though that in of itself is painful. I think I should just get some water and sit down somewhere to have a bite to eat. I know the risks, but If I don't get any calories into me, I'm going to die sooner or later..."

"We'll figure out a way for you to eat without pain." Xavier said. "As for food, Emily will take you to the cafeteria and help you get your food." he added.
Emily smiled and nodded and took Clayton's hand. "Come on, let's go get you something to eat." she said and lead him out.
"Don't be sorry, you can cry as much as you need." Molly said and kissed his head and nuzzled him.
