Lockea
Hajimemashite! Uchi no namae wa Lockea desu. Imoto no namae wa Yurika desu soshite nihon'jin desu. Demo, Uchi no nihon'go ga joozu dewa arimasen. yongatsu de uchi wa nihon'go hanashimasu. Daigakkoo de naraimashita. Sorede, chotto wakarimasen. Gomen.
(I hope that was understandable. I'm so untalented, I'm at the end of my second quarter at college, so I'm still learning.)
Not to criticize you, I understand that you were trying to have it make sense... and that you apologize for what doesn't, but I wanted to tell you...
Uchi means inside or house...
Yongatsu de uchi wa nihongo hanashimasu to me sounds like that for 4 months your house is speaking Japanese... If you mean YOU were speaking Japanese then you can use watashi, watakushi(formal), atashi(cutesy/young) or ore(humble)...or in the case you're a guy, boku. And don't forget the particle (w)o. That would go between nihongo and hanashimasu. Because what are you speaking? Japanese. Also, if you mean to say you spoke at home, say uchi de nihongo o hanashimashita. I say -mashita because it's past tense...
Are you still speaking Japanese at home?
Ima mo uchi de nihongo o hanashimasu ka?
Or...did you mean that you started in April (the 4th month)? In that case you use the other set of numbers, where 4 is shi instead of yon, 7 is shichi instead of nana, and 9 is ku instead of kyuu. From April is Shigatsu kara.
I hope this helps. And I really hope this doesn't make you think less of yourself. That was really the only thing that I had a question on, while you said several other sentences. Ganbatte kudasai, ne! ^^
If Japanese isn't your first language then it's totally understandable...so just keep trying your best and believe in yourself! ^^
