Snowflake dear. These are called Spellstones. They're used to store, release and amplify magic. Water is the easiest. Watch. "Come Forth Water." Grant uses the blue spellstone as the blue stone glows and a steady stream of water flows into a cup until its at the right around so not to overflow. Snowflake dear, how about a drink? Grant said to Elsa as he gave her the cup of water
