Although I get along well with both dogs and cats, I'm certainly more a cat person than a dog person. Dogs seem to be so much more work than cats are. Cats mostly keep to themselves unless they want attention, and you usually know where they are... and what they are up to. When it comes to dogs, especially a young one like Minnie, you're always on your guard wondering what's going on inside of their tiny heads. *sighs*

I thought I would watch Supernatural... but I can't figure out how to work the machines... and they don't have the first season episodes available in HD. So... guess I'll just keep watching Doctor Who then.

Well... I'm going to go ahead and head off, and focus watching on Doctor Who. Later.#f51379 #a51cba

Good morning everyone. I slept a lot better last night than I did the night before. Minnie settled down quicker than she did before, probably because I had her get out any energy she had left out beforehand, heh. She spent most of the night burrowed under the covers next to my legs. We didn't even have to get up for her bathroom break as Melissa's mom said she usually has, which was nice.

Minnie had been burrowed under her blanket on the couch next to me, but took off when she heard Melissa. Not sure whether Melissa is actually up for good, or if she's just getting up for a bathroom break, heh.

When I was watching Doctor Who last night, I came to realize that Rose has been the only companion who has managed to "befriend", so to speak, a Dalek. I guess Amy did a bit of befriending, but that doesn't really count since the Daleks were undercover then as "servants" and weren't their usual exterminating selves. Rose saw first hand how Daleks worked and despite all that she still felt her heartstrings being pulled by it. Gotta give her credit for that.

Minnie has burrowed underneath the couch. Guess Melissa isn't up officially... or is taking too long for Minnie to come out, heh.

Not sure what we're going to do today. Maybe play some more video games? *shrugs* Hard to say.

Minnie's sitting patiently at the end of the hallway for Melissa. Not sure how long she'll wait there if she's taking a shower, getting dressed and what not.

It's always interesting how things you do at home with content and keep you entertained seem to be boring pastimes when you're somewhere else. Not that I'm saying I don't like randomly posting. It's actually nice to be doing it again... but I don't know. There's a part of me that feels like it should be doing something more worthwhile with my time. *shrugs* Hard to say...
*sighs* Minnie is whining. Going to go keep her company.

That didn't last very long. Minnie's too distracted waiting for Melissa.

Silly puppy! Minnie sure does love her "sister".
Sidenote: When I get home I need to look up the song "Carino" by Chris ??? - fits a part of my story pretty well that I didn't have an inspirational song connected with.
