Jaq took a few bites from her own meal, looking quite pleased with the taste. She loved eating sashimi, especially Fugu. She just didn't eat it often. She ate in a very refined and lady like manner, which isn't surprising considering that she was filthy rich and all that. She ocassionally glanced at the others. She couldn't help but feel pleased at Ticvor's improved spirits.

Vincent fumbled with the fork and knife a lot, but other than that, ate his meal fairly quickly. "You two seem to be enjoying your meal." He said while sipping his tea. Eying up the two carefully. He wondered how to get the two to talk to each other instead of at him...
[Speaking of tea, I need to go make some... Yum. ^^]

Ticvor looked at Jaq with a smile, "Thanks for treating us to this food" he said with a smile. He really did seem to love it. He felt something weird... move? inside of him. It wasn't painful. It just felt weird.
Zimbar arrived in the town. He wondered vaguely how that human was doing. He wonder if the 'mating' was successful. If so he'd be quick to notice. It meet a week at most to go full term. He smirked remembering other males he 'mated' with. He wondered how many hybrid children he had not.

"Oh, yes, thank you Deary." Vince took another bite, and spoke with his mouth full. "It is simply marvelous... OH!' Vince had bitten the inside of his cheek. His teeth being as sharp as they were without fully changing made this quite common; but WHY OH WHY did he do this to himself? Changing, even a little bit, in front of Jaq was dangerous, he knew it and she would never let him live it down...

"Certainly. The chef here is by far the best of the best." Jaq then took another bite of her food. Ticvor's thanks caught her a bit by surprise. "You're welcome. I've got more than enough money to spare, so if either of you have a craving for the food here, just let me know. Don't try to come here on your own unless you've got plenty of money or plenty of VIP contacts. The bouncers can be so grumpy sometimes!" When Vince bit his cheek, she noticed his unusually sharp teeth. She was curious, but too oblivious to put it to anything supernatural just yet. (Again, her judgement on one's humanity was quite terrible.) "You okay, Vince?"

The strange feeling kept on. Ticvor placed a hand over his stomach. Maybe it was just upset. But he noticed something off. He felt as if he gained a little bit of weight. But how? His expression went horror struck when he felt movement again. He shook slightly. "W-w-w-w-what the" he stutters. The movement got intense as if it sense his panic.

"Are you alright?" Vince looked at Ticvor, extremely worried. Suddenly he remembered the note the waitress had given him, and slid it to Jaq quietly, trying not to draw attention to it.
"I-it'll be okay. Don't worry. Just stay calm."

Tears formed from Ticvor's yellow eyes. He didn't understand what was happening, he couldn't understand. He kept his hand over his stomach as the movement subsided. He seemed quite stunned. If this implied what he thought, then that alien got him pregnant. But how?
But all the same there was something moving inside of him, and it seems to be growing pretty quickly. Soon he'd fall asleep so suddenly. Even seeing him might be a little obvious too.

Jaq read the note over, eyes widening as she realised just what was going on. Looking over to Vince, she asked quietly, "What...what do I do?" She felt out of place, perhaps even a little scared. She just didn't know what to do.

"uh..." Vince looked around, lost for a moment, then spoke calmly. "Swee-y, I need to go for a few moments, I'm gonna make a call. You'll be okay sitting with my Deary here, right?" Vince barely waited for an answer before getting up and leaving the room. He grabbed his cell phone and called his neighbor. He was always stargazing; and MUST know something to do...

Ticvor looked up for a moment. He felt a slight movement again. He couldn't seem to process the actual possibility of an alien growing inside of him. He wondered how often this happened in Strangetown.
Soon the waitress returned with some more tea. She saw that her suspicions were correct. She rushed over to Ticvor to try to help calm him. She knew well that for things to go smoothly that the carrier must remain calm. Luckily another effect of the tea would do the trick.
Ticvor slowly sipped the fresh tea the girl brought him. He was surprised when she felt his stomach. The alien moved a little from her touch, as if trying to let her know it was there.
[lol, going to the the waitress's friend.]
A male got up from the couch just after getting his daughter to sleep. He answered the phone groggy. "Yello?" he spoke with a bit of a yawn, but figured it was something important.

"Uh, yeah. Hi. It's Vincent, your neighbor. Yeah. I know you stargaze a lot, so do you know anything about alien pregnancies in males? A friend of mine was abducted earlier today..." Vincent realized how calm he was through all of this and couldn't help but shake his head and laugh at himself. "Can you help? Maybe?"

The man was stunned for a moment, "Oh yeah, just keep him calm as much as possible. I don't know why, but the child can sense panic. If the carrier panics too much then their life in endangered. I don't really know why that is. But I suppose they are sensitive to emotions of the parent.. But anyway I have a friend at this club who had a special tea that should do the trick" he said.
The waitress felt the child's movements. She was glad she was able to catch this early. She pulled out a small wooden box then set it on the table. "The tea I gave him is in this. It should go well as long as he drinks this, and doesn't panic" he said.
Ticvor's eyes began heavy as the tea had its effect. It seemed to have calmed him quite a bit.

"Really? That's all?" Vince was both relieved and annoyed that that was all he could do. "Okay. Thanks so much." He would have to make sure to give him a gift some time, but at the moment he just hung up and went back to his dinner with a smiling face.

Jaq nodded firmly at the waitress in understanding. She also couldn't help but find herself curious about the tea. "What is that tea made of?" she asked, wondering if it came from a specific type of coffee bean or something along those lines. "We're doing fine, I think. Lowbro's calmed a considerable bit since he drank that tea."
