What the hell do you think you're doing?! I'm a big fan of taking out my negative emotions on inanimate objects (that I own) and flora.
That way, I'm in too much pain from punching a dang tree to remember what got me all sad or angry in the first place. I'll bring the fourth wall down on your head!!
