Ashriel let go of the blanket about half way through the night, and she turned over and grabbed Raevyn roughly, holding him tight to her as she slept.

 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn, not the heaviest sleeper in the world, awoke with a snarl as he was grabbed. He blinked sleepily, then stopped snarling as he realized what had happened. "Much better." He muttered and curled up in Ashriel's arms, going right back to sleep. He slept contentedly for the rest of the night, no alarm clock waking them since it was Saturday.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

The next morning, Ashriel woke quietly, smiling as she saw Raevyn. She pet him lightly, not caring if he wound up waking up. Quietly, she kissed him while he was still sleeping. Hopefully he wouldn't realize that she had kissed him.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn half-woke at the touch but instantly relaxed. He purred softly, his eyes still closed. At the kiss, he batted feebly at the air in front of his nose. "No touchy nose." He told her drowsily, obviously still too asleep to realize more than the fact that something had touched him. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel giggled at how Raevyn reacted. "Silly kitty." She muttered, cuddling him close as she pet him. "I love you Raevyn." Her voice was quiet as she spoke. Funny, she wasn't ready to say it when he understood what she was saying. Not yet. A smile crossed her face.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "No' silly....." Raevyn muttered, slurring the words slightly. He continued to purr, burying his face in the warmth that was Ashriel, blocking out the rising sun. He was more than content to stay in the warm darkness that lie half-way between sleep and wakefulness. He was just glad Sanctuary didn't open until early afternoon. Gave him plenty of time to indulge his cat side with sleep. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel grinned lightly, holding him close. "Yes, you are silly." She continued to pet him silently, leaning over to kiss him after a minute. As she sat there, she grinned. Finally, she had someone. Funny, it seemed even better that he was half cat.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... ((Not feeling well so I'm off to bed,. Night!!))
Raevyn peeked open one eye to look at Ashriel. "Are you kissing me?" He asked drowsily, as if unsure. "Seems kinda silly to me, kissing a cat." Definitely not something he'd had done before. Most people couldn't even pick him up or pet him, let alone kiss him. Then again, Ashriel wasn't exactly 'most people'. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel's face flushed with embarrassment. "I'm not kissing you." She lied, her face a pure and complete red. Carefully, she put him down, going to the restroom.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "If you say so." Raevyn murmured, not really caring one way or the other. He barely even noticed the blush but chose not to comment on it. When Ashriel put him down, he stretched out to his full length. "What time is it?" He asked, not wanting to really open his eyes and look. That would mean letting in that dratted light. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel rolled her eyes as she heard Raevyn. "Beats me." She answered him, changing out of her clothing. Quietly, she turned on the shower. Jumping into the shower, she washed and got back out, covering herself with a towel before realizing that she'd left her clothing in the bedroom. Shoot. "Raevyn, would you mind stepping out of the bedroom for a minute?" She questioned shyly.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "No." Raevyn told her, still not opening his eyes. "Too comfy to move. Just get whatever you need. I'm not looking." He could guess what she needed, having heard the shower, but he was in a lazy mood. He still lay stretched out on the bed as a cat, not having bothered to shift forms. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel rolled her eyes, hurrying into the bedroom. As if to reassure herself that he wouldn't look, she threw a random t-shirt on top of Raevyn. Quickly, she changed into a simple silver tunic with black leggings. Fully dressed, she glanced at the time on her alarm. 3:00 PM. "Get up, Lazy Kitty. It's three in the afternoon."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Hey!" Raevyn lazily protested the shirt on top of him but made no move to remove it. "That wasn't nice you know." He scolded her. "And I don't care if it's three in the afternoon. Do I have to get up?" He asked, trying not to sound like he was whining. The tiger that should be....isn't....
