So... when I was posting a bunch of the Doctor/River gifs I thought it was pretty amusing that I was doing it. But now that I think about it... I think it matches pretty well with Alex (("Peaches"; I'm just gonna use his real name rather than his nickname... easier to use)) and me. A perfect match that seems like it's been written in the stars... but there's still the occasional moments of awkwardness, good awkwardness.

My date with Alex went very nicely. While we ate at a sushi bar, we went back and forth asking each other questions about our likes, interests, and other random details we wanted to know ((i.e. I asked about his nickname "Peaches"... which he seemed a bit embarrassed when I brought it up, lol, though there didn't seem to be anything embarrassing behind the history of it)). Although some of the things I already knew from his Facebook profile, it was nice to get a bit more details regarding what I had discovered for myself. Still a long way before I feel like I truly know quite a bit about him.
After dinner, we went to see "Seven Psychopaths." Yes, I know it's not exactly date-movie material... but you try to come up with one when there's barely anything good in theaters right now and most of the ones that are good you've already seen, lol. Basically it was a film I wanted to see and he likes Christopher Walken, so I think it was a good movie to go with. Especially for a first date. Don't want to make things too awkward with a romantic comedy or anything like that, I would think. *shrugs*

Alex already asked me if I wanted to do something with him again... and I said that I would like that. So, there's a free bowling night that the university is holding that Alex asked if I wanted to go to. It's a last chance Halloween sort of event meaning you wear a Halloween costume to it. I haven't officially confirmed whether I'm going or not... don't want him to think I'm too eager... plus I wasn't sure what my week is going to be like.
So, now I'm having to brainstorm what I could wear as a costume to the event that would be easy to go bowling in. Right now I'm potentially thinking of a 50s outfit since I have the blue poodle skirt that Mom and I made a long time ago... but I need to find a shirt I could wear with it. *shrugs* Sort of hard to come up with something.

Ahem... anyway... what other costumes could I do that's quick and simple to do? *sighs*

Oh... I could potentially do an Applejack cosplay, a very simple one... but at least it's something else I could do. I wouldn't have her cowboy hat unfortunately... but the rest I could potentially work with.

Wow... news about my date with Alex travels fast. My Mom already leaked about it to Grandma and as a result my Aunt Becky found our about it... and I'm sure sooner or later it's going to get to everyone knowing how much of a chatterboxes they are. Then one of my friends Cassaundra just contacted me asking about it. How the hell did she find out about it?! SHE'S ALL THE WAY DOWN IN CALIFORNIA! My goodness!

It's so hard to talk about your feelings for someone when you're still uncertain about what they are yourself. *laughs*
