well to me the best way to appogize is to say it truely from your heart...not just to say the words that wouldnt otherwise have no meaning...i mean saying it over and over without really meaning it...and giving gifts and saying a meaningful quote from someone is good too but again if theyre truely not from the heart then they are most likely not as meaningful as they would be if they were...
