Zune: I'm not the only one with problems?

So, My Zune is in Device recovery mode, and I can't re-install the firmware. Anyone have any ideas? Yes, I have reinstalled my software, tried it on my dad's comp((He has one too)) And I have Hard Reset it.

On another note, anyone else having problems?

ive had my zune for a year and no problems you might have to wipe it or that key pattern reset
