This is my picture that i have worked on for my tech class..... yes tech... not art. So? do u like it? Or should i burn it and send it to hell!!!

Never start a picture post telling us how it sucks. It will either make people mad because they think you're fishing for compliments, or it's just unnecessary harshness on yourself. If you don't think your art is worth anything, nothing I say will change that.

Lineart needs a lot of work, but that comes with practice. If you were going for a sketchy look, I've found that it's easier to do sketchy lines after you've learned how to do clean lines. It sounds backwards, I know, but it helps.
You have a good sense of light source; very nice. From here I recommend drawing some real people from life or photos or drawing books, so you can learn how a head is shaped, the bone structure of the face, and the proportion of the head to the neck and body.
The iris is the cleanest part; it's lovely.

So far, so good. Keep it up!

Its not that i dont like my art... its just ppl usually say its bad... they always tell me the stuff wrong with it and never the stuff good... and ya i mad this pic fast so i wanted it sketchy

I think it's quite good, due to the direction of the light I'd put a highlight on the flat part of the eye (oposite side to the mini high-light) and add some different shades of brown to the hair to make it look more alive.
