i'm taking a firm and tone class at my school right now and we're allowed to bring our iPods in. *cue hallelujah choir* any suggestions on what i should put on it? not that picky when it comes to music as long as it's got a good beat or theme.

Linkin Park emphasizes the beat really well. I'd say that or something fun like the Gin Blossoms. Driving music, you know? The kind you put into the car when it's a Saturday morning and you have a ways to go. My personal preference is hardcore, so I'll just leave you with Linkin Park, the rest isn't that great for working out unless you're really into it, I guess.
