hi uh... i'm kind of having trouble with my parents...
they really love me and want me to do well in life, they always say i can come to them when i have problems....
BUT
They're really pushing me hard to succeed and i have a lot of trouble talking to them. I've developed the habit of acting happy and everything when they're around, so they'll leave me alone. my acting skills have gotten great XD but i'd really like to not have to do that... any thoughts? ^^;

thats happened to me too. what i do is just forget anything thats bothering me when at home [unless im alone]. that way im not really acting, just forgetting. what do you have to be unhappy about though? some things we do need to tell our parents. i say 'we' because i need to talk to my mom about a friend moving crying ... but whats happening with you?

well... my sister hasn't made really good decisions about her life, so they've been trying to push me in what they think is the 'right direction'. for example my dad is an engineer, but my sister is really interested in art. so dad's trying to push me into what he thinks are "hard sciences" like medicine or physics. but i want to be a teacher. he won't leave me alone! i've talked to mom about it, but nothing's changed. there's the added sting that it's really insulting that he thinks i'm going to turn out like my sister did...

i say, go for what you want, not what they want. if you want to be a teacher, take classes that tell you how to teach. talk to guidance coucilers [[wow, they do come in hand!]] and ask if they can sign the sheets you need -- if any. and for your sister, she chose what she chose. she should be getting a second job at least, to support herself. but who knows, maybe she'll be the next picasso!

unfortunately i'm homeschooled. mom and dad have a BIG say in what i can and can't do. they even chose my AP course for me (eight of them, can you believe it?) i fully intend to do what I want, but they're making it so darn difficult!oh and added bonus, no guidance counselors for me to go to T.T

1st-there is this guy i love and he has a crush on one of my best friends. she always told me tat he was nasty and immature. then i found out tat she was startin to like him. so now offically i guess tat neither one of them are going to date till she is allowed to date. i decided on my own and no one can change my opion about this tat she backstabbed me. now wat i need advice on is im trying to ignore her without makin it a big deal or havin people notice.its like in a way i just slowly want to drift apart but not all the way apart i mean i still want to be her friend and all. how do i do tat?
2nd-becuz of the 1st one i have had so many nightmares and if i even start to think about the 2 of them i cry. wat should i do to make the nitemares go away and not so easily cry? im usually a strong person but i think im at my breakin point.

3rd-i thought about it yesterday and i think tat just maybe the only reason the guy i like is rlly flirtin with my friend is to make me jealous. he makes it o where everyone knows he is flirtin with her but only wants meh to know tat he is flirtin with me. also if i dont look like im payin attention to her flirtin with him he stops. do u think he is tryin to make me jealous or not?
4th-alot of guys like me and they all touch meh (not pervertidley) and i get pissed and the guy i like is always around when tat happens. when i get rlly pissed i yell at them to stop. when tat happens he protects meh. he is always protectin me,wont let meh feel guilty 4 anything,is super nice 2 meh(nicer 2 meh than anyone else),if i dont have money and he does he pays for it. he doesnt act like this to anyone else. do u think he likes me?

5th-my sis is friends with alot of my friends. she was there friends first. now she is clamin to have friendship problems she says tat her friends are chossing things and stuff b4 her and so on. i just think she doesnt want to be a loner again. how do i convince her to leave them?
